Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to join us to focus on our platform infrastructure and deployment tools. This role will be part of our DevOps team responsible for working with our engineering team on the development, release and maintenance of our software systems. 

Required experience and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 7 or more years in a DevOps role
• Experience working on a small team implementing new infrastructure as code
• Experience configuring cloud environments with Terraform
• Experience implementing comprehensive CI/CD for commercial web applications
• Experience defining and collecting appropriate metrics to monitor product health and performance
• Experience working with Linux and containerization in GCP or AWS
• Comfortable working on a small team in an agile environment
• Strong accountability and reliability
• Able to work independently and manage small projects
• Great verbal and written communication skills

Duties will include:

• Collaborating within the devops team to implement and manage infrastructure
• Collaborating with engineering and product teams to understand and develop cloud architectures
• Collaborating with program management to plan, estimate and schedule regular software deployments
• Troubleshooting problems and investigating issues
