Job Description

Electric Hydrogen’s mission is to create an abundant and decarbonized material future. Our outstanding people are our most important asset and will allow us to deliver hydrogen from renewable electrolysis for heavy industry, at prices below fossil fuels. 

Our Recruiting Coordinator will build out and improve current recruiting processes, juggle all candidate scheduling for onsite and virtual interviews, and deliver a stellar candidate experience. You will be the backbone of the Recruiting Team and keep everything organized, while delivering service with a smile!

You will be based at our facility in Natick, MA, and will report to the Technical Recruiting Manager.

About the role

  • Build scalable and efficient hiring workflows including templates for all stages of the hiring processes
  • Manage scheduling for the recruiting team and all open reqs
  • Manage internal job library, edit job descriptions, and manage postings
  • Ensure the ATS, Greenhouse is constantly up to date for candidate stages
  • Analyze and report on hiring metrics, and use a data-driven approach to continuously improve our hiring process
  • Help with additional projects/programs as needed

About you

  • Driven by working for a company that has the opportunity to decarbonize half of global greenhouse emissions
  • Passionate about hiring and working with awesome humans
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination in a high-growth startup
  • Experience working with Greenhouse ATS is required
  • Passionate about building diverse teams, and believe that diversity, equity and inclusion are fundamental to the company’s success
  • Organized, process-oriented, and attentive to details
  • Talented communicator
  • Thrive when bringing order to chaos

Compensation & Benefits

[Natick Zone] Recruiting Coordinator (P1): $59,000 - $79,000 per year

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​

Base salary is just one part of Electric Hydrogen’s total rewards package. We feel strongly that our team should not have to worry about having quality healthcare. In addition to the base salary offered, the hired applicant may receive:​
