We are looking for a founding frontend engineer / designer who wants to make a meaningful contribution to reducing carbon emissions at scale across a broad user base. Primary responsibilities include owning the core look & feel of our software platform. You will:  Develop the UI/UX of the website, sales material, and other elements of our brand. Work closely with our CEO, product, and engineering team to build and ship quickly, including designing and implementing new product features. We are looking for a founding researcher who wants to make a meaningful contribution to reducing residential carbon emissions at scale. You will:  Model household carbon emissions, expected costs, and energy usage of a range of decarbonization-focused technologies.  Incorporate this information into guides, tools, and analyses used in our products. Work with academic and nonprofit organizations on verifiable methodologies to quantify RightHandGreen's climate impact.  Qualifications: Interest in working for a mission-focused company addressing climate change.
