Collaborating closely with various departments, you'll refine operational practices and processes to empower our teams to execute on our DX roadmap effectively.Reporting to the Director of Digital Experience, you'll distill strategic direction into actionable requirements and facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Working from our Kelowna facility, you will be an integral part of a warehouse team that is responsible for the fulfillment of our highly anticipated Lomi in-home composter going directly to customers and business partners.In this position, you will be proficient in shipping, order packing, and warehousing practices while being a self-starter who thrives in an environment of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
