Our structural framing products tackle BOTH embodied AND operating carbon; are superior in thermal, energy, and acoustic performance compared to traditional stick framing; and significantly reduce time-to-build and jobsite waste. Internship Program: We are looking for mission-driven, intellectually curious individuals that are excited about working in a dynamic, early-stage company that is revolutionizing construction. We aim to offer an educational experience tailored to your interests that provides opportunities for skill development and on-the-job training. Throughout the program, you'll be mentored by industry experts who are passionate about paving the way for a greener future. Potential tasks and projects will vary based on the assigned project (according to intern&rsquo;s background and preferences), but projects will likely fall within either the Marketing or Product Development departments. Example projects may include assembling a social media campaign, SEO optimization and website updates, automation of inventory tracking systems, or supporting in-house product testing.

Eligibility Criteria:

<li>Preferred (but not required) qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Product Development/QC:
<ul>
<li>Pursuing a Science, Engineering, or Architecture degree</li>
<li>Revit experience</li>
<li>Experience performing product testing on engineered lumber products</li>
<li>Understanding of mechanical/engineering statics</li>
<li>Experience researching and incorporating new quality control standards</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Marketing:
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools</li>
<li>Content creation experience</li>
<li>Background in related field of study: sustainability, advertising, marketing/communications</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Other skills &amp; qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Good attention to detail and organized</li>
<li>Ability and appetite to learn new skills and can ask for help when needed</li>
<li>Capable of working independently with direction and minimal supervision</li>
<li>Passionate about BAMCORE&rsquo;s mission and interest in our products</li>

Program Structure:
<ul>
<li>Timing: flexible; 8-12 weeks running between May &ndash; September</li>
<li>Hourly pay: negoatiable based on location; subject to a max of $16/hr for CA residents&nbsp;</li>
<li>Location: remote (based in US time zone)
<ul>
<li>Option to work on-site if based near Ocala, FL or Windsor, CA</li>
<li>Expect at least one in-person meeting (in Ocala or Windsor)</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Mentors: each intern will be assigned a BAMCORE team member to act as a supervisor over the course of the program</li>
