This person will lead a team working to achieve our company mission and performance goals to collect and destroy greenhouse gases. While Tradewater is based in Chicago, we have offices and team members around the world. This position is a remote role, however must be U.S. based, with Eastern or Central time preferred. The position links key components of Tradewater’s work – a mastery of carbon offset protocols, management of the movement and destruction of greenhouse gases globally, and project documentation and quality control to ensure that all of Tradewater’s work meets the requirements of carbon offset protocols in a manner that can be successfully verified by third-parties.  The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The Opportunity
To support its growth around the world, Tradewater is seeking a Projects and New Developments Associate to support the exploration and development of work in new countries globally. This position is key to developing projects around the world and scaling our impact by focusing on feasibility assessments of new countries as locations for refrigerant collection and destruction projects. It is a position designed for someone eager to grow professionally in a mission-driven environment. The work can be performed remotely, with a preference for candidates located in UTC to UTC+4 time zones to include MENA countries. The position will report to our Manager of Projects and New Developments.&nbsp;

The duties will include but not be limited to:<ul><li>Work with Project Manager to prepare the home (job site) for AeroBarrier services to be performed</li><li>Prep includes, but isn’t limited to, taping around operable windows, doors, air vents, light cut outs etc.</li><li>Assist in unloading and loading equipment required for each job site</li><li>Complete daily Equipment Check and Vehicle Inspection forms</li><li>Participate in training/retraining programs as necessary</li><li>Comply with all designated safety policies and procedures in the work area, including the use of applicable protective equipment when necessary to prevent injury</li><li>Understand and comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and company policies</li><li>All safety guidelines must be strictly followed at all times.</li><li>Maintain a clean and orderly environment</li><li>Professionally represent AeroBarrier and provide exceptional service to all clients, vendors, and business partners</li><li>Duties outlined herein are intended to be the minimum duties expected of you by AeroBarrier. You are expected to use your discretion to expand upon these duties to ensure that your job mandate is met and that your performance is such that the general spirit and intent of the duties outlined above are completed as required.</li><li>Reports to Project Manager and Branch Manager</li></ul>Experience You'll Need to Do It<ul><li>High school diploma or GED - New graduates welcomed and encouraged to apply!</li><li>Valid driver's license</li><li>Due to the nature of federal and government contracts, candidate must be able to pass a background check, including drug screening, prior to hire.</li></ul>Compensation / Benefits: <ul><li>On the job training for personal career growth.
