Position Summary:
Provide technical and analytical support to the operation, maintenance and enhancement of Salesforce; provide expertise in the business functions and processes of specific functional areas; work with process owners, superusers and end-users in identifying, analyzing and resolving business process or configuration issues.

Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Help to ensure that Evergreen's Salesforce instance will drive the effectiveness and productivity of our various teams.</li>
<li>The role will collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement out-of-the-box and custom Salesforce solutions that will support a wide range of critical business processes, including those that drive our marketing, customer success, client services and partner teams.</li>
<li>Day-to-day support of the application following best practices around maintaining data integrity and software development lifecycle processes.</li>
<li>Be a key member of our growing operations team, along with an incredibly talented set of individuals who share a passion for developing processes and systems that enable Evergreen to operate most efficiently and accelerate the company's ability to achieve its overall goals.</li>
<li>Support and maintain the current SFDC production environment via Salesforce ticket requests and defined projects.</li>
<li>Support administration functions such as the maintenance of custom objects, page layouts, record types, fields, triggers, validation rules and formulas.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain Apex code, process builder and flows; participate in quality assurance (QA) efforts.</li>
<li>Provide day-to-day end-user support.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-day on Salesforce releases and potential updates that will help to improve our system while advising the team and superusers of the benefits and risks of implementing the changes.</li>
<li>Design and develop data migrations and integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including developing data transformations and creating automated jobs to support business processes.</li>
<li>Support testing and validation, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments.</li>
<li>Train new and existing users of Salesforce according to their job role/function and improve the proficiency of Salesforce users across the organization.</li>
<li>Create and maintain documentation on existing processes, new implementations, application configuration and related materials for users.</li>
<li>Build and maintain reports and dashboards in accordance with workforce requirements.</li>

Required Job Skills:

Position Description: 
The Incentive Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of incentive and payment processing for utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs. This role involves coordinating with various internal teams and external vendors to execute incentive strategies in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:&nbsp; 
Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will manage four key areas of responsibility:
Incentive Fulfillment:
Responsible for ensuring that all payments approved by operations teams are paid accurately and within contracted timelines.
<ul>
<li>Serve as the finance team&rsquo;s interface with the operations teams. Partner with operations teams to resolve payment issues. Provide training to operations teams on payment processes, procedures, governance, and payments risk.</li>
<li>Manage the relationship with outsourced payment processing vendors while evaluating new products and services that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction with Evergreen&rsquo;s incentive fulfillment function.</li>
<li>In partnership with the Director of Finance, support the daily money movement processes with oversight of ACH and wire processing, reconciliation incentive settlements, and completing the exception processing for incentive payments.</li>
<li>Identify suspicious transactions.</li>
</ul>
Regulatory Compliance: 
Responsible for ensuring that payments comply with federal and state regulations.
<ul>
<li>W9/1099 Management for all incentives</li>
<li>TIN matching</li>
<li>Lead escheatment responsibilities in alignment with state regulations.</li>
<li>In partnership with the operations team, ensure that all outstanding payments reach their intended recipient.</li>
</ul>

Financial Compliance:
Support the development, refinement, and execution of financial controls plans in partnership with Evergreen management.
<ul>
<li>Support Evergreen&rsquo;s SOC I certifications and compliance systems.</li>
<li>Support Evergreen annual financial review as it relates to the incentive programs, policies, procedures, data security assessments, and managing the action items resolution process to completion.</li>
</ul>
Reporting &amp; Reconciliation:
Responsible for reconciling payments approved by program teams.
<ul>
<li>Provide weekly and monthly payment/banking reconciliations.</li>
<li>Provide reconciliation between operations team database and finance system.</li>
<li>Client invoice support which includes payment reconciliation.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Strong understanding of software tools such as MS Excel, Salesforce or equivalent databases, electronic data interchange methods, and financial core deposit systems.</li>

Financial Industry 
Knowledge of banking industry regulations and operational best practices.
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of the U.S. Payment Systems, payment clearing processes, and understanding of best practices for risk mitigation.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) payment processes and platforms including check, ACH, digital wallets (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal), pay to card, and pre-paid credit cards.</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of payments processing industry including authorization, settlement, funding, chargebacks, interchange, card association rules/regulations, EMV, tokenization, encryption, PCI, digital ecommerce payments, fraud, escheatment, and current industry trends/challenges</li>

Controls

<li>Knowledge of fraud mitigation systems and industry tools</li>
