Senior Manager, Treasury Operations & Risk

<p>The Technical Asset Manager will manage the technical operations of a set of solar projects. This includes but is not limited to managing daily monitoring and dispatch, performance reporting, budgets, spare parts, invoice approvals, project onboarding, service level agreements with O&amp;M vendors, performance improvement, and special projects like repowers or major repairs. Technical Asset Manager, Solar

<p>We are looking for a seasoned asset management leader with over a decade of experience in asset management, and deep operational knowledge in any combination of sustainable asset technologies, supplemented by a strong commercial skill set and excellent knowledge of project finance and accounting concepts. You must have 5+ years’ experience as the P&amp;L owner of a portfolio of sustainable assets, and experience leading a team of mid-to-senior level professionals. Frontend Engineer

<p>We are looking for someone organized and detail-oriented, who loves to make chaotic situations run smoothly, understands the value of strong processes and will enthusiastically familiarize oneself with our software systems to assist in creating and then managing a seamless, efficient, and highly organized project development. This person is passionate about the type of work<br>Generate is doing, looking to apply their experience to help scale a growing business and drive critical internal process<br>efficiencies and initiatives. Salary decisions take into account a wide variety of factors including, but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications<span style="color:#000000;">, geographic location, a</span>nd other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $140,000. In addition, the compensation package may include a discretionary bonus and other benefits, including health care benefits, retirement benefits, benefits permitting paid days off (including sick leave, parental leave, and paid time off or vacation benefits), and other benefits that must be reported for federal tax purposes.
