That is where you come in: We are growing our superstar Sales team in Poland and we’re looking for exceptional Sales Representatives / Business Developers to join Too Good To Go in Krakow. This is a 100% remote role out of Krakow, with travel required to Warsaw for 2 days per month after trial period (more often during trial period for onboarding).<h3>Your mission:</h3>You're eager to build connections and grow our community by signing up cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, bakeries, and any other independent food retailers. You’re the first contact person of the store and will be doing a lot of cold acquisition, primarily through in person visits but also through calls and emails.  You will introduce potential partners to the world of Too Good To Go, train them how to use the app and advise them on finding the best possible solution for food waste. You will work with the team to research the market to find interesting prospects, identify decision-makers and generate interest in Too Good To Go.<h3>What we need:</h3><ul><li>This is a mix of inside and outside sales. The TIR Consulting Group is a mission-driven organization. The Projects Coordinator will work closely with Mr. Rifkin and his team to organize, develop, and implement Third Industrial Revolution sustainability plans to address climate change and usher in green economies for cities, regions, and countries. The Projects Coordinator will assist the Chief of Staff in keeping our projects on schedule and will also spearhead our office research initiatives. The Projects Coordinator will learn every aspect of running a boutique consulting firm while working on climate change and sustainability issues at the highest levels of government and industry. Other day-to-day duties include:

Project Management
&middot; Help organize office projects and ensure that our distributed global team stays connected and on-track
&middot; Appropriate follow-up with clients

Research:
&bull; Conduct qualitative research on a variety of topics for regional and national development plans around the world and assist in the editing Mr. Rifkin&rsquo;s books
&middot; Brief our team on the latest research and market trends in diverse industries and prepare detailed background information
&bull; Maintain office database with all research materials
&middot; Edit reports and studies for local, regional and national governments

Communication:
&middot; Serve as first point of contact and gatekeeper for all office inquiries
&middot; Oversee relations with press and media
&middot; Help lead marketing and media campaigns
&middot; Draft correspondence and other presentations on behalf of the President

Administration:

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
Master&rsquo;s Degree related to Climate Change, Ecology, Environment, Economics, Energy, Urban Planning, Governance, and affiliated fields. 2-3 years relevant work experience preferred. Knowledge of public policy in the European Union, the United States, and Asian nations will be taken into account. Experience with the full MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus (please specify).
