The Nevada Clean Energy Fund (NCEF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting a thriving, affordable, and accessible clean energy economy by providing financial and technical resources to Nevadans. Position Summary
As the COO, you will develop and oversee the operational strategy and operations of the organization. You will play a fundamental role in launching NCEF&rsquo;s programs, developing the team and reinforcing core values, and significantly expanding operational capacity. Position Description: 
The Incentive Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of incentive and payment processing for utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs. This role involves coordinating with various internal teams and external vendors to execute incentive strategies in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:&nbsp; 
Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will manage four key areas of responsibility:
Incentive Fulfillment:
Responsible for ensuring that all payments approved by operations teams are paid accurately and within contracted timelines.
<ul>
<li>Serve as the finance team&rsquo;s interface with the operations teams. Partner with operations teams to resolve payment issues. Provide training to operations teams on payment processes, procedures, governance, and payments risk.</li>
<li>Manage the relationship with outsourced payment processing vendors while evaluating new products and services that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction with Evergreen&rsquo;s incentive fulfillment function.</li>
<li>In partnership with the Director of Finance, support the daily money movement processes with oversight of ACH and wire processing, reconciliation incentive settlements, and completing the exception processing for incentive payments.</li>
<li>Identify suspicious transactions.</li>
</ul>
Regulatory Compliance: 
Responsible for ensuring that payments comply with federal and state regulations.
<ul>
<li>W9/1099 Management for all incentives</li>
<li>TIN matching</li>
<li>Lead escheatment responsibilities in alignment with state regulations.</li>
<li>In partnership with the operations team, ensure that all outstanding payments reach their intended recipient.</li>
</ul>

Financial Compliance:
Support the development, refinement, and execution of financial controls plans in partnership with Evergreen management.
<ul>
<li>Support Evergreen&rsquo;s SOC I certifications and compliance systems.</li>
<li>Support Evergreen annual financial review as it relates to the incentive programs, policies, procedures, data security assessments, and managing the action items resolution process to completion.</li>
</ul>
Reporting &amp; Reconciliation:
Responsible for reconciling payments approved by program teams.
<ul>
<li>Provide weekly and monthly payment/banking reconciliations.</li>
<li>Provide reconciliation between operations team database and finance system.</li>
<li>Client invoice support which includes payment reconciliation.</li>

Qualifications:

Required Areas of Experience:
Accounting 
<ul>
<li>Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries</li>
<li>Managing incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable</li>
<li>Creating financial reports</li>
<li>Strong understanding of software tools such as MS Excel, Salesforce or equivalent databases, electronic data interchange methods, and financial core deposit systems.</li>
</ul>
Financial Industry 
Knowledge of banking industry regulations and operational best practices.
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of the U.S. Payment Systems, payment clearing processes, and understanding of best practices for risk mitigation.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) payment processes and platforms including check, ACH, digital wallets (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal), pay to card, and pre-paid credit cards.</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of payments processing industry including authorization, settlement, funding, chargebacks, interchange, card association rules/regulations, EMV, tokenization, encryption, PCI, digital ecommerce payments, fraud, escheatment, and current industry trends/challenges</li>
</ul>
Controls 
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of fraud mitigation systems and industry tools</li>
<li>Experience with financial controls standards such as: SSAE 16, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), and training around the proper handling of Personally Identifiable Information and Nonpublic Personal Information.</li>

Together, we are creating a more equitable, resilient, and sustainable energy future. </div><h2>Our Programs Unit</h2>Our Programs business unit partners with utilities and building owners to bring cohesion and organization to a fragmented energy services market and to innovate on products and services that help our utility Partners make the built environment a proactive part of the grid.<h2>Position Summary </h2>We are hiring a Director-level commercialization leader for our Growth team to lead the implementation of our Partners’ new programs and to develop the next wave of products and solutions critical to our Programs Unit. We are looking for a professional with experience with and expertise in the utilities and energy markets as well as in the policy frameworks, regulatory processes, and local and national legislative systems that impact these markets. Using this expertise, this person will consult on various topics concerning the near-term initial programmatic scope for our utility Partners, including utility reorganization, the evolution of utility businesses’ distributed energy resources strategy, strategic planning and integration of EV charging, and more. This person will also use their expertise to develop new products and strategies for the Programs Unit in collaboration with other Programs Unit leaders, and they will work with our Product team to scale existing programs’ product pilots.Note: This is not a sales role, but this role designs and develops the capabilities our sales functions will sell. The role will primarily support Sparkfund’s Program Unit, and it will work closely with our Program Management, Commercial Solutions, Project Development, Delivery, Financial Solutions, and Marketing teams.
