<h3>About the Technology &amp; Analytics Team</h3>
<p>The Technology and Analytics (TA) team furthers MCE&rsquo;s pursuit to find more innovative solutions to the challenges facing CCAs today. The team uses its deep knowledge of technology and data sciences to provide platforms, systems, and facilities to the wider MCE team so that decision makers can be confident that their choices are backed up by hard data. The TA team is also responsible for all of MCE&rsquo;s operational platforms, from MCE&rsquo;s email system to its CRM platform. TA provides the infrastructure that allows MCE to maintain its operational readiness while also managing cybersecurity threats and the privacy of MCE&rsquo;s customer data.</p>
<h3>As a CRM Analyst</h3>
<p>You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of MCE&rsquo;s CRM platform. This includes gathering requirements, designing, and deploying solutions based on best practices of software engineering, tracking and resolving support tickets, training end users and environment and license management.</p>
<p>You&nbsp; will support MCE&rsquo;s CRM platform and work cross-departmentally with MCE CRM users. You will also work with external consultants to ensure that user needs are addressed, and the CRM is updated accordingly. As a Customer Relationship Management Analyst, you will provide a high standard of customer service to MCE staff providing timely administrative tool updates.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities (Illustrative Only)</h3>

<h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3>

knowledge of Federal Cost Principles (2 CFR 200) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).</li> <li>Work with external auditors and provide needed documentation and support for the annual audit.</li> <li>Responsible for compliance with all contracted terms and embedded regulations, and preparation of reports, audit trail documentation and end-to-end management of program audits (by funders, government agencies etc).</li> <li>Act as a liaison between New Energy Nexus’ FiOps team and CA staff.</li> <li>Additional financial planning and accounting responsibilities as needed.</li> NEX Platform and CA Programs Team develop, update, and streamline grants management processes and workflows.</li> <li>Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.</li> <li>Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and ethical financial practices.</li> <li>Conduct 1:1 and team check-ins and oversee performance reviews for the team</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS FOR THE ROLE</strong></p><ul> <li>Strong dedication to New Energy Nexus's mission, showcasing a profound understanding and alignment with organizational goals</li> <li>7-10+ years of experience in financial accounting or controller management positions</li> <li>5+ years leading a grants management team responsible for government funding, complex agreement packages, and managing compliance with flow down terms with clean audits</li> <li>Experience overseeing sub-awardee contracting and invoicing</li> <li>Familiarity with cost allocation methodologies</li> <li>Knowledge of GAAP and accounting concepts</li> <li>Have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and an affinity for numbers.</li> <li>High level of attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and creatively with attention to detail</li> <li>Remain flexible in a constantly changing environment and work independently with strong planning and prioritization skills, able to succeed in a regularly expanding environment</li> <li>Ability to navigate ambiguity and find solutions for concurrent conflicting challenges</li> <li>Significant track record of progressively responsible experience in budgeting and forecasting</li> <li>Proven professional experience as an upper-level Accountant, experience working at a medium to large-sized not-for-profit organization a plus</li> <li>Working knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and procedures</li> <li>Prior experience with Single Audits and/or other program audits is a plus</li> <li>Expert in Excel and with prior experience creating financial statements</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal skills to create internal and external communication pieces ranging from detailed audit trails to executive summaries</li> <li>Ability to think through data structures and data integrations of mainstream SaaS solutions with manual interfaces</li>
