The Clean Fight is a not-for-profit dedicated to accelerating the equitable adoption of climate solutions in New York State and beyond. Given that many of the technologies we need to solve the climate crisis already exist, it&rsquo;s imperative that we ensure they are adopted quickly, equitably, and at scale. To enable this adoption, The Clean Fight designs and implements different models of adoption to identify and share the actionable strategies that can lead to the rapid deployment of decarbonization solutions, for all. The Clean Fight currently has three core programs. Our program is designed to help them quickly scale by collapsing the sales cycle through high-touch customer and capital partner matchmaking, technical assistance, and non-dilutive investments to help with initial deployments.&nbsp;
Our second program, the&nbsp;<a class="button--2de5X button--14TuV tertiary--1JsWJ external" tabindex="0" href="https://www.thecleanfight.com/etp" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" data-role="button-link">Empire Technology Prize</a>, is a $10M prize program focused on advancing the development and deployment of easy to adopt clean heating solutions for New York's tall buildings. By focusing the world&rsquo;s best innovators on this issue, combined with the involvement of New York's leading real estate players as demonstration partners, we hope not only to collapse the time to market for these crucial&nbsp; technologies, but to provide a blueprint for other markets in the US and globally to do the same.
Our latest program, the&nbsp;<a class="button--2de5X button--14TuV tertiary--1JsWJ external" tabindex="0" href="https://thecleanfight.com/programs/capital-challenge" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" data-role="button-link">Energy Storage Capital Challenge</a>, is designed to support innovative energy storage projects in need of capital to advance their deployment in New York State. This is a pivotal time for energy storage innovation in New York, with unprecedented Federal and State incentives, policy, and funding to support the deployment of projects. However, significant obstacles exist for innovators and developers to successfully deploy in New York&rsquo;s unique market. The Energy Storage Capital Challenge is focused on one key need: Aligning capital to accelerate innovative energy storage projects.
We are supported by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA), the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and New Energy New York (NENY). We are a chapter of New Energy Nexus, an international not-for-profit that strives to achieve a 100% clean energy economy for 100% of the population in the shortest time possible by supporting diverse clean energy entrepreneurs with funds, accelerators, and networks, operating programs in the US, China, India, Southeast Asia, and East Africa.

<h3>About the Role</h3>
The Marketing Manager will work with the Director of Strategy &amp; Marketing, and with the Program Team, to help build The Clean Fight brand and market the flagship programs created and executed by the organization. The manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to raise awareness about The Clean Fight, attract potential startups and partners, share proven strategies to accelerate adoption, and build The Clean Fight community within the climate ecosystem in New York and beyond.
The Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Strategy &amp; Marketing and may have direct reports down the road but will not have any initially. We compensate competitively and offer generous medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as a 401(k) contribution. The position is based in New York City. Your impact (grow it!):
As an engagement (or lifecycle marketing) product manager at Optiwatt, you will be directly responsible for shaping the interactive systems of communication technology that hundreds of thousands of homeowners interface with every day. We will look to you to assist in building and executing our engagement roadmap that connects thousands of electric vehicles to our energy supply, directly reducing CO2 emissions and preventing grid blackouts. Product Manager, Cloud Infrastructure, Storage

The Nevada Clean Energy Fund (NCEF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting a thriving, affordable, and accessible clean energy economy by providing financial and technical resources to Nevadans. NCEF was created in 2017 to accelerate clean energy growth in Nevada, reduce energy costs, create jobs, and meaningfully address climate change. We are in the process of significantly expanding our team, operations, and programs in 2024 and seek a Loan Officer, Affordable Housing to help us create a material and lasting impact in Nevada&rsquo;s clean energy economy.
Position Summary
NCEF seeks a Loan Officer, Affordable Housing to join in NCEF&rsquo;s efforts to make clean energy accessible to all Nevadans. As the Loan Officer, Affordable Housing, you will work directly with NCEF&rsquo;s Investment and Business Development teams to execute NCEF&rsquo;s multifamily affordable housing clean energy financing programs, with a particular focus on solar energy. The Loan Officer, Affordable Housing will be responsible for working with multifamily housing projects seeking NCEF&rsquo;s financial assistance, engaging with clean energy contractors, and ensuring local community benefits.

Your Responsibilities

<li>Conduct outreach to and build partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including community groups, business associations, contractors or vendors, and project developers.</li>

Your Responsibilities

Associate Director, Foundry

The Nevada Clean Energy Fund (NCEF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting a thriving, affordable, and accessible clean energy economy by providing financial and technical resources to Nevadans. NCEF was created in 2017 to accelerate clean energy growth in Nevada, reduce energy costs, create jobs, and meaningfully address climate change. We are in the process of significantly expanding our team, operations, and programs in 2024 and seek a Business Development &amp; Loan Officer to help us create a material and lasting impact in Nevada&rsquo;s clean energy economy.
Position Summary
NCEF seeks a Business Development &amp; Loan Officer to join in NCEF&rsquo;s efforts to make clean energy accessible to all Nevadans. As the Business Development &amp; Loan Officer, you will work with NCEF&rsquo;s Investment and Business Development teams to implement NCEF&rsquo;s residential clean energy loan programs. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of clients and contractors and steering clients through all stages of the loan initiation and closing process. Conscientious communication and diligent program management abilities will be essential for you in expanding NCEF&rsquo;s Residential Energy Upgrade Program (RE-UP) and Solar for All efforts.
The anticipated start date of this position is October 1, 2024, however there is a possibility for the position to start earlier or later.
Your Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Educate contractors, residents, and communities on NCEF&rsquo;s programs and resources via in-person presentations, tabling at community events, online webinars, and one-on-one meetings.</li>
<li>Help generate and drive project deal flow for existing programs through various channels. This includes assisting in the development of marketing and communications strategies to reach diverse audiences.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to refine, improve, and scale existing financial programs and products and how they are delivered to the market, including RE-UP and NCEF&rsquo;s Solar for All programs.</li>
<li>Manage contractor engagement and vetting to build a local network of qualified and skilled contractors.</li>
<li>Engage with residents and work with NCEF leadership on strategic marketing to build program awareness, particularly in underserved communities.</li>
<li>Regularly attend community events to talk to residents about RE-UP and clean energy opportunities.</li>
<li>Assist clients/borrowers with selection of relevant clean energy measures and identification of federal and utility incentives.</li>
<li>Manage client/borrower relations, loan documentation, and loan closing in collaboration with NCEF&rsquo;s loan service providers.</li>
<li>Collect financial information and perform loan pre-qualification assessments.</li>
<li>Field and respond to contractor and resident inquiries.</li>
<li>Build collaborative relationships with technical assistance partners, program funders, local governments, community organizations, and other program partners.</li>
<li>Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports.</li>
