This position will report into our nascent Customer Experience team where opportunities for growth abound. Responsibilities<ul><li> Incubate, scale and manage key Customer Experience enablement programs including:<ul><li> Create and curate a variety of customer enablement content including knowledge articles, courses, community content, and videos</li><li> Deploy and manage a Learning Management Systems (LMS)</li><li> Write technical documentation</li><li> Develop a customer community focused on enabling Context Labs’ platform users</li><li> Work in partnership with Engineering to develop, launch, and manage a customer release management process</li></ul></li><li> Work with subject matter experts (Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and Product) to identify target audience and customize content to their needs. Effectively prioritize the highest impact projects. </li><li> Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content across different channels to enhance customer adoption and competencies</li><li> Develop content to increase our customer’s understanding of our data platform, web3 technology, and ESG through enablement content, release collateral, technical documentation courses, webinars and more.</li><li> Identify patterns preemptively to identify learning opportunities to advance our customer’s commercial and operational objectives</li><li> Document and operationalize enablement processes to facilitate hyper-scale growth</li></ul> Skills and Qualifications <ul><li> At least seven years of relevant experience in enablement, education, marketing, or program management roles</li><li> Proven experience in customer enablement</li><li> BS/MA Degree or work experience in instructional design, education technology or a similar field</li><li> Experience managing LMS systems</li><li> Experience with supporting release management from a customer education perspective</li><li> Experience writing technical documentation</li><li> Excellent writing skills and visual design skills</li><li> Ability and passion for writing effective copy and instructional text</li><li> You are very organized and able to prioritize multiple goals.</li><li> You have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.</li><li> You have a proven ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.</li><li> Data-driven, curious, and deeply passionate about how technology enables organizations to drive commercial and operational outcomes</li><li> Flexibility, including the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities</li><li> Passionate about enablement and how it can transform businesses</li></ul> Preferred qualifications:<ul><li> Experience creating enablement content focused on ESG topics</li><li> Experience creating enablement content for customers working in Energy, specifically oil and gas </li><li> Ten years of relevant experience in enablement, education, marketing, or program management roles</li></ul> If you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please get in touch. The Foundry is the alumni community for the  +1,600 graduates of our Fellowhsip or Accelerator Programs.About the Role The Associate Director will be responsible for building and managing the infrastructure to increase the engagement and impact of the +1,600 Foundry Members around the world; including the governance model, technology platform and communication channels. We want to take the number of scaled organizations in the Foundry (defined as those serving 1 million people/year) from 50 to 150 over the next 3 years and to build a connected community of leaders with a shared commitment to each other and Acumen’s mission.Key accountabilities include:<ul><li>Design and execute a community engagement road map. Work closely with the Director of Foundry to develop and roll-out a plan for global community engagement, including maintaining a regular cadence of communication/touch points and the assessment—and potential roll-out—of a technology platform to facilitate connection.   </li><li>Manage global Foundry data reporting. In partnership with the Academy Impact Analysists, manage a process to regularly collect and maintain up-to-date data (including stories) from the regions and develop a global reporting framework that showcases the story of The Foundry’s impact. </li><li>Establish and manage a global Centre of Excellence. Work closely with Regional Acumen Academy Program and Foundry Leads to circulate and synthesize learning and facilitate global roll out of high-imapct ideas and innovations. </li><li>Manage the Global Foundry Governance Structure. Work closely with the Director of Foundry and Key Regional stakeholders to establish a Global Foundry Governance Structure and play an active role in the management, coordination and health of the organizing structure. </li><li>Unlock learning content from the Foundry.
