<li>3-5 years demonstrated success in driving technical enterprise sales or business development processes &ndash; you can point to specific enterprise contracts that you closed, and your customers would be eager to hold reference calls on your behalf.</li>
<li>You&rsquo;re ambitious; you expect to be building and leading an enterprise revenue organization soon.</li>
<li>A proven consultative seller. You listen carefully and help customers solve their problems. You&rsquo;re extremely detail-oriented.</li>
<li>Naturally curious; passionate about climate change and understanding where software can help.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>High agency. You don&rsquo;t wait for anyone else to solve your own needs, you get things done. You can make your own deck.&nbsp;</li>
<li>You don't have an ego. You're willing to be coached and eager to expand the role.&nbsp;</li>
<li>High endurance and ability to work inconsistent hours to accommodate a customer base operating across multiple geographies.</li>
<li>Open to travel frequently and at times, on short notice.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Located in CET or EST time zones.</li>
<li>Superior verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.</li>
