The Incentive Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of incentive and payment processing for utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs. This role involves coordinating with various internal teams and external vendors to execute incentive strategies in a timely and accurate manner.

Incentive Fulfillment:
Responsible for ensuring that all payments approved by operations teams are paid accurately and within contracted timelines.

<li>Serve as the finance team&rsquo;s interface with the operations teams. Partner with operations teams to resolve payment issues. Provide training to operations teams on payment processes, procedures, governance, and payments risk.</li>
<li>Manage the relationship with outsourced payment processing vendors while evaluating new products and services that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction with Evergreen&rsquo;s incentive fulfillment function.</li>
<li>In partnership with the Director of Finance, support the daily money movement processes with oversight of ACH and wire processing, reconciliation incentive settlements, and completing the exception processing for incentive payments.</li>
<li>Identify suspicious transactions.</li>
</ul>
Regulatory Compliance: 
Responsible for ensuring that payments comply with federal and state regulations.

<li>W9/1099 Management for all incentives</li>
<li>TIN matching</li>
<li>Lead escheatment responsibilities in alignment with state regulations.</li>
<li>In partnership with the operations team, ensure that all outstanding payments reach their intended recipient.</li>

Support the development, refinement, and execution of financial controls plans in partnership with Evergreen management.

Your Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Identify and develop a pipeline of potential clean energy project investments, including community solar projects, renewable energy on Tribal lands, and others.</li>
<li>Conduct outreach to and build partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including local lenders, community groups, business associations, vendors, and project developers.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Director of Investments to implement NCEF&rsquo;s investment policies and procedures, including ensuring compliance with NCEF&rsquo;s funding agreements.</li>
<li>Assist the deployment of NCEF financial assistance through a variety of programs and financial products, including affordable loans, bridge loans, and rebates serving residential and commercial clients.</li>
<li>Potential supervisory responsibilities over employee(s) such as a Loan Officer or Program Coordinator.</li>
<li>Provide technical assistance to NCEF partners in matters involving (but not limited to) financing, grants, incentives, and tax credits for clean energy implementation.</li>
<li>Generate and drive project deal flow for existing financing product lines through various channels. This includes helping to develop marketing and communications strategies to reach diverse audiences.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to refine, improve, and scale existing financial products and programs and how they are delivered to the market, including NCEF&rsquo;s affordable housing and community solar products.</li>
<li>Conduct research and analysis on emerging market opportunities and develop proposals for new products and program opportunities based on identified market needs.</li>
<li>Assist in the design and launch of new financial products and programs that unlock low-income solar opportunities. This will include identifying lending best practices, identifying appropriate financial vehicles and structures, developing and managing strategic partnerships, and developing impact reporting metrics and protocols.</li>
<li>Prepare weekly, monthly and annual investment-related analysis and reports.</li>
<li>Regularly attend and, as appropriate, present at industry and community events.</li>
<li>Other tasks related to investments and program implementation as appropriate.</li>

Your Qualifications

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or advanced degree, preferably in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.</li>
<li>A minimum of 3 years of work experience in investment, finance, or consulting</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with strong communication abilities.</li>
<li>Experience with collaborative software solutions (e.g., CRM, loan processing or financial software).</li>
<li>Experience with financial modeling.</li>
<li>Experience and comfort with engaging and presenting to a variety of stakeholder groups.</li>
<li>Experience with impact investment or community development.</li>
<li>Familiarity with solar project development.</li>

Your Compensation &amp; Benefits
Salary is commensurate with experience. The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000. NCEF offers a competitive compensation package that includes medical and dental benefits, a retirement fund match, and paid time off.

Manager, Investments

The Nevada Clean Energy Fund (NCEF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting a thriving, affordable, and accessible clean energy economy by providing financial and technical resources to Nevadans. Position Summary
NCEF seeks a Loan Officer, Affordable Housing to join in NCEF&rsquo;s efforts to make clean energy accessible to all Nevadans. <li>Conduct monitoring and verification activities such as income qualification, post-investment servicing, and confirmation benefit sharing with affordable housing tenants.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to refine, improve, and scale existing financial products and programs and how they are delivered to the market.</li>
<li>Conduct research and analysis on emerging market opportunities and support development of new products and programs based on identified market needs.</li>
<li>Prepare weekly, monthly and annual investment-related analysis and reports.</li>
