This person can juggle – and juggle well – managing a variety of initiatives and projects simultaneously while providing the highest standards of service.What you will be doing at Generate Capital as the Manager, Liquidity &amp; Cash Forecasting:<ul><li>Spearhead the cash forecasting and liquidity management process focusing on both short- and long-term cash forecasting and variance analysis</li><li>Implement and oversee liquidity management and forecasting within a treasury or other cash forecasting system</li><li>Collaborate with global team members to create business unit forecasts that will be aggregated into the global forecast</li><li>Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing to inform management decisions</li><li>Partner with FP&amp;A to align the forecast with the annual budget</li><li>Manage the corporate level borrowing, repayments, and interest reconciliation on corporate debt</li><li>Oversee issuance of commercial and standby letters of credit</li><li>Provide analysis on shareholder value accretion and risk adjusted capital</li><li>Support ad hoc reporting needs, including acquisition diligence, analysis, and investor reporting</li><li>Assist in the development and maintenance of relevant treasury policies and procedures</li></ul>Candidate qualifications &amp; core characteristics:<ul><li>A demonstrated passion for, or commitment to, our mission</li><li>7+ years’ experience in cash forecasting and liquidity preferably with a mid to large, multinational company</li><li>Highly organized and detailed-oriented</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000. In addition, the compensation package may include a discretionary bonus and other benefits, including health care benefits, retirement benefits, benefits permitting paid days off (including sick leave, parental leave, and paid time off or vacation benefits), and other benefits that must be reported for federal tax purposes. This person can juggle – and juggle well – managing a variety of initiatives and projects simultaneously while providing the highest standards of service.What you will be doing at Generate Capital as the Senior Manager, Treasury Operations and Risk:<ul><li>Establish and lead the debt compliance function, overseeing all aspects of debt compliance for the company</li><li>Create and oversee a new compliance program for derivatives, focusing on managing risks associated with interest rates, foreign exchange and commodities</li><li>Collaborate with global team members to enhance delivery of funding, FX management, depository account services and payment execution</li><li>Lead counterparty evaluations, including the tracking of public ratings, pricing analysis, wallet share analysis and scorecard preparation</li><li>Partner on corporate insurance renewals including D&amp;O, Fiduciary Liability, Crime and Cyber coverages</li><li>Administer the execution of daily cash management functions including daily cash reconciliation and positioning, ACH and wire transfer initiation, as well as the execution of payments related to accounts payable</li><li>Enhance and streamline the bank account opening process globally including account management, signatories, and FBAR reporting</li><li>Assist in the development and maintenance of relevant treasury policies and procedures</li></ul>Candidate qualifications &amp; core characteristics:<ul><li>A demonstrated passion for, or commitment to, our mission</li><li>7+ years’ experience in treasury and risk management preferably with a mid to large, multinational company</li><li>Highly organized and detailed-oriented</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
