Our energy efficiency retrofit (electrification, DERs, decarbonization) offering (known as Alpha) helps our customers run commercial buildings better, at lower costs, using less energy.</p> <p>We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive based in California for our energy efficiency project development offering, Gridium Alpha. You will be helping our customers who are owners and operators of Commerical Real Estate (office, life sciences, medical office, industrial) identify, develop, and execute comprehensive decarbonization and electrification project.  </p> <p>Over the last 10 years, Gridium has brought thousands of buildings on our energy analytics (SaaS) platform and has seen rapid adoption of our retrofit (Alpha) offering since launching in 2020. We have a very happy customer base that needs help hitting sustainability goals. With access to insights through our SaaS platform, we have a unique opportunity to earn our customer’s retrofit (electrification and decarbonization) business. <p>The Nevada Clean Energy Fund (NCEF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting a thriving, affordable, and accessible clean energy economy by providing financial and technical resources to Nevadans. NCEF was created in 2017 to accelerate clean energy growth in Nevada, reduce energy costs, create jobs, and meaningfully address climate change. <p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>
<p>NCEF seeks a Business Development &amp; Loan Officer to join in NCEF&rsquo;s efforts to make clean energy accessible to all Nevadans. As the Business Development &amp; Loan Officer, you will work with NCEF&rsquo;s Investment and Business Development teams to implement NCEF&rsquo;s residential clean energy loan programs. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of clients and contractors and steering clients through all stages of the loan initiation and closing process. <p><strong>ABOUT THE COALITION</strong></p><p>​The Building Decarbonization Coalition (BDC) unites building industry stakeholders with energy providers, environmental justice organizations, clean energy advocates, unions and workforce stakeholders, and state and local governments to help electrify homes and businesses.</p><p>Through coalition-building, consumer inspiration, and policy analysis, the BDC is pursuing fast, fair action to accelerate the adoption of heat pumps and other building electrification products and services, which will help states cut one of their largest sources of pollution while creating safe, healthy, and affordable communities.</p><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY </strong></p><p>To the BDC, the transition to zero-emission homes and workplaces is an indispensable opportunity to bring a new generation of people into the skilled trades. Historic levels of investment in decarbonization, at all levels of government and from the private sector, can provide family-sustaining jobs and increase the prosperity of American communities—but only if a critical mass of stakeholders demand it.</p><p>BDC’s Coalition includes hundreds of private, public, and nonprofit sector organizations who share a vision for building decarbonization that is smooth, expeditious, consumer-friendly, and economically beneficial for everybody. To reach that end state, policies and regulations must reflect the needs of workers—their cost and regulatory pressures, their need to provide value to their customers, and the desire for more young people to enter the trades.</p><p>BDC is seeking a creative systems thinker, people-person, and subject matter expert in one or more building systems (e.g. HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) with a personal commitment to making sure that climate action leads to prosperity for American workers and their families.
