Position Description: 
The Incentive Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of incentive and payment processing for utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs. This role involves coordinating with various internal teams and external vendors to execute incentive strategies in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:&nbsp; 
Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will manage four key areas of responsibility:
Incentive Fulfillment:
Responsible for ensuring that all payments approved by operations teams are paid accurately and within contracted timelines.

<li>Serve as the finance team&rsquo;s interface with the operations teams. Partner with operations teams to resolve payment issues. Provide training to operations teams on payment processes, procedures, governance, and payments risk.</li>
<li>Manage the relationship with outsourced payment processing vendors while evaluating new products and services that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction with Evergreen&rsquo;s incentive fulfillment function.</li>
<li>In partnership with the Director of Finance, support the daily money movement processes with oversight of ACH and wire processing, reconciliation incentive settlements, and completing the exception processing for incentive payments.</li>
<li>Identify suspicious transactions.</li>
</ul>
Regulatory Compliance: 
Responsible for ensuring that payments comply with federal and state regulations.
<ul>
<li>W9/1099 Management for all incentives</li>
<li>TIN matching</li>
<li>Lead escheatment responsibilities in alignment with state regulations.</li>
<li>In partnership with the operations team, ensure that all outstanding payments reach their intended recipient.</li>
</ul>

Financial Compliance:
Support the development, refinement, and execution of financial controls plans in partnership with Evergreen management.

<li>Support Evergreen&rsquo;s SOC I certifications and compliance systems.</li>
<li>Support Evergreen annual financial review as it relates to the incentive programs, policies, procedures, data security assessments, and managing the action items resolution process to completion.</li>

Reporting &amp; Reconciliation:
Responsible for reconciling payments approved by program teams.
<ul>
<li>Provide weekly and monthly payment/banking reconciliations.</li>
<li>Provide reconciliation between operations team database and finance system.</li>
<li>Client invoice support which includes payment reconciliation.</li>

We&rsquo;re hiring a product-minded, customer-focused Software Engineer with a bias toward shipping to join our founding team. You&rsquo;ll be one of our first team members, with a unique opportunity to build applications from scratch, craft our engineering processes, and shape culture.
You will work with the team to identify and prioritize customer and contractor pain points, own and ship features that address these pain points end-to-end, and collaboratively make key technology and architecture decisions. Founding Software Engineer

Amply is an early-stage startup building game-changing software for heat pump pros. Residential buildings represent 20% of all U.S. carbon emissions, of which more than half are related to home heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Therefore, retrofitting 80 million home HVAC systems with modern heat pumps is the single biggest residential decarbonization opportunity we have. It is critical we get this once-in-a-generation shift infrastructure and building electrification transition right.
Getting it right begins with the right design. Replacing a conventional HVAC system with a heat pump is not a simple "box swap" &ndash; heat pumps are far more sensitive to sizing and equipment selection assumptions. There are also concerns about aesthetics, rebates, operational costs, and more. For heat pump professionals, often the salesperson, these details end up as hours of "homework" on nights and weekends for every project (or they just don&rsquo;t get done at all).

Planet Cents is a pre-seed stage, for-profit, global e-Commerce marketplace startup. Our mission: reverse climate change with sustainable purchasing, and make this the norm. <a href="http://www.planetcents.us/">www.PlanetCents.us</a> We are ground floor, needing investors for our platform build.
This role can begin as full-time (preferred,) or part-time if necessary. It will begin as a Consultant under a 3-month contract to ensure a fit, and once that is established, become the CEO. It is virtual to start, eventually transitioning to a central headquarters.
The CEO will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees. They will be responsible for making key decisions, alongside the Founder.&nbsp;
RESPONSIBILITIES:
All of the usual responsibilities for a CEO ~ especially those required in launching a ground floor startup.
Depending upon your competencies and skills, and that of our Founder, division, and sharing of responsibilities will be negotiated.

<li>You secure funding via your existing investor network!</li>
<li>Take the lead across all aspects of the company - particularly e-commerce, operations, finance, and tech</li>
<li>Make key decisions that will affect the company's direction, working deciding these collaboratively with the Founder</li>
<li>Build a diverse, equitable, ethical, inclusive, positive, and productive culture, with integrity at its base, and a commitment to excellence</li>

QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST-HAVES:

<li>An unwavering belief in the power of manifestation, make-it-happen action, a never-give-up commitment to things that matter, and are undaunted by naysayers entrenched in &ldquo;impossibility&rdquo; thinking</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree</li>
<li>5 years in e-commerce</li>
<li>5 years in finance</li>
<li>10 years in management &ndash; financial, operations, people</li>
<li>5 years in early-stage Startups</li>
<li>5 years of investor fundraising experience</li>
<li>5 years of supply chain experience</li>
<li>5 years of procurement experience</li>
<li>5 years in the B2B space</li>
<li>5 years in the B2C space</li>
<li>Investor and/or do an existing network of investors</li>
<li>Servant leadership</li>
<li>Compassion and empathy</li>
<li>The ability to work with a strong, independent woman Founder as an equal</li>
</ul>
HIGHLY PREFERRED:
<ul>
<li>Be an investor and/or have an existing network</li>
<li>Experience in the environmental, climate change, tech, HR, and/or retail space</li>
<li>B.A.</li>
<li>Personal development experience &amp; commitment to lifelong learning</li>
</ul>
JOB STRUCTURE, TIMING &amp; OTHER DETAILS:
This role begins as an independent contract consultant under a 3-month contract to ensure it is a fit for both the candidate and the company.
The role begins immediately &ndash; preferably full-time, possibly part-time.
A drug test and background check are required.
COMPENSATION:
Initial compensation will be equity, (equity/salary once funded.) The equity will be decided based on several factors, which will not be known until mutual exploratory interviews yield the necessary information to make this decision.
