We are looking for another Director to join our Analytics Hub, preferably via one of our European hubs to help oversee SYSTEMIQ&rsquo;s analytical work-programme. Primarily this will be about developing system models (most notably around country and decarbonization and energy transition modelling). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing analyses which answer some of the most complex and challenging questions on the road to a net-zero or net-positive economy, and for using these insights to help build consensus on critical actions for the next decade. The work includes all facets of the analytics process; techniques, organization, internal education and hiring.
This is an exciting opportunity to define the analytics platform at a growing and ambitious consultancy. The candidate will be one of SYSTEMIQ&rsquo;s go-to expert on everything analytics, leading a central team of 5-10 specialists, working closely with all platforms.

The Legislative Advocacy Senior Manager will work within the Campaigns department and will be responsible for leading the organization&rsquo;s US federal and state climate policy advocacy work as well as IRA implementation efforts. This position will oversee the Legislative Associate and Regenerative Agriculture Organizer, and will report to the Global Campaigns Director. They will work closely with the US Field team to increase the engagement of Climate Reality volunteer-led US Chapters (&ldquo;Chapter&rdquo;), trained Climate Reality Leaders, and Chapter members.&nbsp; Currently, Chapters are focused on federal, state, and local campaigns to enact solutions to the climate crisis, including&nbsp;Our Climate Moment&trade;: Let&rsquo;s Get to Work,&nbsp;From Acts to Action, 100% Committed,&nbsp;regenerative agriculture practices, and petrochemical opposition in addition to local Chapter initiatives.&nbsp;
The Legislative Advocacy Senior Manager will manage our US federal and state policy advocacy efforts and provide strategic guidance to Chapters for our US campaigns.&nbsp;In addition, they will be point on identifying new state and local engagement opportunities for advocates, creating campaign plans and proposals, tracking impact, and running tests on campaign efficacy. &nbsp;We are looking for a team player, a strong people and project manager, and an effective communicator who will work closely with cross-team Climate Reality staff to build and drive effective campaigns and grow overall US volunteer engagement.

Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

The HSE Officer will have primary responsibility to design, adapt, implement and maintain the company’s health and safety management system.  The HSE Officer will be responsible to understand the HSE compliance requirements in the jurisdictions where the company operates, build and manage the complementary HSE programs, and advise project teams on HSE specific standards and reporting. The HSE Officer will provide coaching and Officership to build HSE capacity and capability within the company, project teams and the contractor workforce. The Climate Training Manager is a key member of the Trainings and Events Team, and will focus on leading, developing and analyzing training agendas, creating mission and campaign-aligned content, and identifying and recruiting subject matter experts. This includes drafting materials, hosting meetings/trainings, implementing programming, coordinating with partners, outreach to Congressional contacts, supporting fly-ins with elected officials, and reporting on outcomes.
The Associate will also provide project management and administrative support to Climate Reality teams and assist with the planning and implementation of organizational events as needed.&nbsp; Currently reporting to the Legislative Advocacy Senior Manager on the Global Campaigns team, this role has no direct reports.
