Who we&rsquo;re looking for
&nbsp;
We are hiring a Design Lead to help make our product the easiest way to transact &amp; manage transferable tax credits. The status quo process is manual &amp; onerous: from pairing supply with demand, through to executing a transaction &amp; reporting on it in an ongoing way. We&rsquo;ve built the first version of a product that solves part of that problem, but need to iterate &amp; expand through the workflow.

If done right, we believe that the same product will allow us to expand to other types of renewable energy transactions. A seamless user experience is critical to succeeding in that mission, and we&rsquo;re looking for somebody to own that.

This designer will work in close collaboration with our experienced engineering &amp; product team to express the vision &amp; help bring it to life. All the while, we&rsquo;re centering building a company where we:&nbsp;

What you&rsquo;ll do

<li>Own the user experience of the Crux product: a suite of workflow tools for buyers, sellers &amp; intermediaries to find, transact &amp; report on transferable tax credits</li>
<li>Ensure we maintain a high bar for quality as we go live with additional types of customers &amp; products</li>
<li>Help us identify the biggest problems facing our customers &amp; find elegant yet effective solutions</li>
<li>Collaborate directly with our experienced engineers to implement those solutions</li>
<li>You will help us build the company by telling us where we can improve</li>
</ul>

Who you are
&nbsp;

<li>8+ years of experience as a designer, ideally working on business-facing software products</li>
<li>You&rsquo;ve owned the user experience of a significant product, ideally through multiple phases</li>
<li>You enjoy building and cultivating a collaborative and inclusive team environment</li>
<li>You have experience successfully leading and building culture for remote-first teams</li>
<li>You are excited about using your skills to make sustainable finance more efficient and interconnected</li>
