And we need your help to make it happen.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><p>As the Aerobarrier Product Application Specialist for Aeroseal RNC, you will work closely with builders, energy raters, local Aeroseal installers, influencers, engineers, local HBA chapters, and others in the sphere of influence to promote the adoption of Aeroseal technologies and ensure the delivery of Aeroseal technologies is completed smoothly and to the expectations of the builders.  This role will have elements of market development, sales, application engineering, rater influence, dealer support, and builder follow-up/inspection.  To be successful as a Regional Delivery Rep for Aeroseal RNC you should be a driven self-starter who is able to build rapport with customers, dealers, and influencers, support the sales team for deal closure, visit job sites, and grasp building science aspects that make Aeroseal products valuable to builders.  The ideal candidate will have a background with a product manufacturer or service provider in the Residential Construction Industry.  This individual should be connected to influencers and decision makers within influential builders and should lean on their pre-existing relationships to represent Aeroseal RNC products.<br></p><p> <strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Use existing relationships to start meaningful conversations regarding the adoption of Aeroseal technology in new residential builds.</li><li>Work with sales team to establish builder adoption projections and generate ongoing sales opportunities.</li><li>Create relationships with Local Energy raters to ensure Aeroseal technology is considered and used in proposals to builders as they consider performance building characteristics.</li><li>Create and foster relationships with local installers, creating an understanding of their strengths and weaknesses to assist in identifying which dealers are the best fit for opportunities.</li><li>Work closely with the Aeroseal Applications Engineering team to understand energy models, builder cost trade-offs, and implications of creating a tight building envelope.  Be a part of the team presenting results and be available to the builder, rater, or influencer to quarterback building science questions or concerns.</li><li>Assist in qualifying builder opportunities and being available as a resource to help secure business opportunities.</li><li>Visit job sites to inspect potential issues, quality concerns, or simply meet to understand building science challenges or advantages.</li><li>Attending industry trade shows and product demonstrations.</li><li>Maintain information in Salesforce of all prospective client, rater, influencer information.</li><li>Collaborate with management on goals, planning, and forecasting.</li><li>Become a subject matter expert on our products, processes, and operations.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, Communication or Engineering</li><li>Minimum of 3 years with a product manufacturer or service provider selling directly to builders </li><li>Minimum of 2 years of involvement with Building Science</li><li>Comfortable at construction job sites</li><li>Self-motivated and self-directed</li><li>Experience with prospect management</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers, dealers, and influencers.</li><li>The ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.</li><li>A desire for continuous learning.</li></ul><p><strong>Location</strong>: Pacific North West and Mid Atlantic</p><p><strong>Travel</strong>: Moderate (40-60% of the time)<br></p><p>About Aeroseal, LLC</p><p>Aeroseal, LLC was established to promote Aeroseal Duct Sealing and develop a network of providers to offer the service to residential and commercial customers.
