Historic levels of investment in decarbonization, at all levels of government and from the private sector, can provide family-sustaining jobs and increase the prosperity of American communities—but only if a critical mass of stakeholders demand it.</p><p>BDC’s Coalition includes hundreds of private, public, and nonprofit sector organizations who share a vision for building decarbonization that is smooth, expeditious, consumer-friendly, and economically beneficial for everybody. To reach that end state, policies and regulations must reflect the needs of workers—their cost and regulatory pressures, their need to provide value to their customers, and the desire for more young people to enter the trades.</p><p>BDC is seeking a creative systems thinker, people-person, and subject matter expert in one or more building systems (e.g. HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) with a personal commitment to making sure that climate action leads to prosperity for American workers and their families. This position will report to the Head of Policy and Market Development, with strong coordination and integration within Aeroseal’s Commercial Business Unit.
