<li>Act as a proxy for the CEO and senior leadership team, supporting or taking ownership of a diverse, changing set of activities.</li>
<li>Lead special projects end-to-end with meticulous planning and execution; includes internal projects relating to operational process improvement, reviewing net new business opportunities,&nbsp; and vendor evaluation and management, among other areas.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support in defining, tracking and communicating organizational KPIs.</li>
<li>Enable a highly communicative and transparent culture; examples include supporting internal wikis and facilitating cross-team knowledge sharing.</li>

<h3>ABOUT YOU</h3>
<ul>
<li>Atypically versatile and high agency. Thinks and acts like a CEO. Able to quickly dive into many roles and do them well.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in high-impact, earlier-stage companies. Additionally, exceptional operational experience in consulting and/or finance is preferred.</li>
<li>High endurance and ability to work inconsistent hours to support an organization and customer base operating across multiple geographies.</li>
<li>No ego. Willingness to continuously evolve the role to best support the organization.</li>
<li>Pacesetter; extremely steady and diligent.</li>
<li>MBA preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Ability to travel frequently and at times, on short notice.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Superior verbal and written communication skills in English; Norwegian is a plus.</li>
<li>Ideally lives in Oslo, Norway. Open to candidates elsewhere in CET timezone.</li>
