Das erreichen wir durch die Herstellung der besten Ultrakondensatoren am Markt.Für unsere Produktionsstätte in Markranstädt bei Leipzig suchen wir derzeit eine/n Schichtleiter Lagerlogistik mit Gabelstaplerschein (f/m/x)Du wirst dich mit den folgenden Themen auseinandersetzen<ul> <li>Führen und Motivieren des Teams zur Erreichung der Ziele pro Bereich / Arbeitsplatz im jeweiligen Verantwortungsbereich.</li> <li>Verantwortung für die Erteilung von Anweisungen an andere Lagermitarbeiter </li> <li>Reaktives Handeln bei Problemen im Tätigkeitsbereich des Arbeitnehmers.</li> <li>  EHS (Environment and Health Safety)-Bedenken und Abweichungen vom Kontrollplan und den SWI (Standardarbeitsanweisungen) sofort an den Vorgesetzten melden.</li> <li> Aktive Mitarbeit am KVP (Kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess).</li> <li>Steuerung und Überwachung der Tagesproduktion (qualitativ und quantitativ).</li> <li>Materialien im Lager verwalten und wöchentliche/monatliche Aufgaben mit dem Manager und Logistikspezialisten planen.</li> <li>Handhabung von Paletten- und Packungsbewegungen, einschließlich Buchung, Auspacken, Prüfen, Empfangen und Vorbereiten von Waren für den Versand.</li> <li>Durchführung der Materialkommissionierung für Produktions- und interne Logistikbereiche.</li> <li>Bearbeiten von Warenein- und Warenausgängen.</li> <li>Scannen und Kommissionieren von Artikeln und Paletten.</li> <li>Be- und Entladen von LKW mittels Gabelstapler (Schubmast- und Frontstapler).</li> </ul>RequirementsSo passt Du perfekt in unser Team<ul> <li>5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Schichtleiler. </li> <li>Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Logistik.</li> <li>Kompetenz im Umgang mit einer Produktions- oder Lagerumgebung.</li> <li>Sicherheitsorientiert mit Kenntnissen über die Meldung von KPIs sowie genaue Bestandsverwaltung.</li> <li>Gabelstaplerschein, IT-Kenntnisse, Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B.
