The Visual Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual designs for our digital and physical products and marketing materials. The successful candidate will have a passion for design, a strong eye for detail, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:10pt;">We build and test out projects quickly and they vary in type and reach. This means the visual designer is never bored - you’ll be working on a range of projects - from branding to customer facing marketing material and even low fidelity prototypes. All you need is a good sense of visual design and a willingness to learn the business. </span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:10pt;">The designer is expected to work based out of our Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar offices.</span></div><br><br><h3>What you will do</h3><ul><li>Work closely with the different Labs teams to create visual designs that align with our brand guidelines and business objectives</li><li>Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and physical products</li><li>Create engaging social media graphics and other marketing materials that resonate with our target audience</li><li>Collaborate with the product team to create user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into your work</li><li>Participate in design critiques, provide and receive feedback, and iterate on designs based on feedback</li><li>Ensure all design work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards</li></ul><h3>What you will bring to KOKO</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field</li><li>3-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design or visual communication, preferably in a tech or startup environment</li><li>Strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of visual design skills</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools</li><li>Working knowledge of  Figma will be a big plus</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines</li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills</li></ul><br><div>KOKO is committed to gender and racial diversity in the workplace.
