Having successfully raised over $2,000,000 for renewable energy projects since our launch in May 2023, we're expanding our engineering team and seeking a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer to be the technical lead for the Web team. Our mission is to generate $1 Billion per year of new investments in renewable energy by 2028.

Engineering Manager - Applications

Overview
As a New Product Introduction Engineer at Channing St. Copper Co., you will play a crucial role in developing equipment and processes for cutting-edge Energy Storage Equiped (ESE) appliances. You will collaborate with our cross-functional team throughout the entire product launch lifecycle, from design to full production ramp. This hands-on role requires close collaboration with Design, Engineering, Quality, Production, Maintenance, Test, and External Vendors to take designs from concept to full production.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 per year. We are committed to equitable compensation, and we offer a generous benefits package to make sure you have the support you need. We cover 100% of the premiums for our employees and 50% of the premiums for their dependents on our base plans for medical, dental, and vision insurance. We offer a 401(k) plan for employees to contribute to, in addition to many other benefits. A successful candidate will be capable of developing deep competency in multiple critical disciplines including: sales, project development, partnership/program development, and project modeling. You will work within one or more strategic partnerships, each of which carry revenue goals based on successful execution of energy projects across the program’s decarbonization, resiliency, and electrification offerings. You will be responsible for deal intake, close strategy, pricing, proposal development, and internal management of the deal across relevant cross functional teams. You will be responsible for hitting margin targets, increasing our close rates, and infusing customer and product learnings throughout the organization. This position will report directly to the Associate Vice President of Commercial Solutions, and it involves working closely with the Program Management, Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams.  You will partner with our program management leads to sell under and alongside some of the largest and most recognizable brands in the energy industry.
