Amply is an early-stage startup building game-changing software for heat pump pros. Residential buildings represent 20% of all U.S. carbon emissions, of which more than half are related to home heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Therefore, retrofitting 80 million home HVAC systems with modern heat pumps is the single biggest residential decarbonization opportunity we have. It is critical we get this once-in-a-generation shift infrastructure and building electrification transition right.
Getting it right begins with the right design. Replacing a conventional HVAC system with a heat pump is not a simple "box swap" &ndash; heat pumps are far more sensitive to sizing and equipment selection assumptions. There are also concerns about aesthetics, rebates, operational costs, and more. For heat pump professionals, often the salesperson, these details end up as hours of "homework" on nights and weekends for every project (or they just don&rsquo;t get done at all).

Mobile Software Engineer (iOS)

Position Summary
As the Financial Analyst, you will work directly with NCEF&rsquo;s General Counsel/Chief Risk Officer to help review and analyze NCEF&rsquo;s lending and investment opportunities. Your primary responsibilities include financial modeling, investment due diligence, and preparing internal credit memorandums. You will also maintain expertise in clean energy financial and tax risk assessment related to federal tax credits, investment collateral, and project development. You will work directly with the General Counsel/Chief Risk Officer and collaborate closely with the Director of Investments to serve clients that are developing the energy infrastructure of the future, while playing a direct role in building the NCEF asset portfolio. Your Responsibilities

<li>Conduct financial modeling in Microsoft Excel of solar and battery storage projects.</li>
<li>Underwrite new and renewal financing applications.</li>
<li>Customize detailed financial models for deal-specific structuring elements and circumstances - this can include a wide range of technologies and incorporate multiple tax credit programs, government incentives, and non-traditional financing programs.</li>
<li>Monitor production, hit ratios, renewal retention ratios, spread of risk and other production and quality measures to minimize risk.</li>

<div><div><a href="http://cetonline.org">CET</a> <a href="https://www.centerforecotechnology.org/"></a>is looking for a commercial energy auditor/consultant to conduct audits and assist commercial customers in completing projects that result in calculated estimated savings including weatherization and electrification measures for their business. The consultant works with contractors to complete proposed projects, and utility partners on available savings incentives. The Consultant achieves implementation goals in motivating customers to implement recommendations. Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Energy Assessments: Conducts energy assessments of business and facilities and analyzes assessment data. Quantifies savings on weatherization and equipment and produces reports that document the recommendations. Completes the required number of assessments</li><li>Project Management: Remains up to date on the progress of all projects and deliverables, working with the sales team as appropriate. May locate industry contractors. Manages numerous projects simultaneously. Ensures that customer projects comply with appropriate utility program requirements to qualify for program incentives or rebates. Enters data generated by assessments into appropriate databases.</li><li>Heat Pump Consultations: Educates customers about heat pump technology and energy efficiency benefits, reviews existing mechanical systems, and advises on what approaches a contractor may take to proposing a project for their space.  Recommends appropriate available incentive funding. </li><li>Sales and Relationship Development: Achieves sales by communicating to the customer the results of the energy assessment and recommended energy savings measures. Maintains ongoing relationships with customers for future opportunities. Pursues opportunities for similar assessments for customer's other facilities. Identifies and installs ISM's (Instant Savings Measures such as aerators, showerheads, thermostats, etc.) or schedules future installation dates.</li><li>Travels widely throughout Massachusetts, and occasionally neighboring states (up to 40% of work week). </li><li>Maintains membership in appropriate industry trade associations and maintains ongoing professional development.
