Cybersecurity Engineer

<h2><span style="color:rgb(0, 32, 96);">What The Role Is</span></h2><p>The Senior Manager, Development Engineering (Wind) will be responsible for leading the wind development engineering team at Clearway Energy Group, managing the engineering and EPC relationships needed to advance Clearway’s multi-gigawatt project pipeline. A successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in managing and contracting large-scale wind projects. The position requires extensive experience in construction and design for civil, foundations, turbine installation, and electrical scopes to engineer, design, and plan construction of new or repowered wind farms. They will assist in developing and mentoring the engineering team as well as overseeing and managing multiple project opportunities. This role will include collaborating with cross-functional project development teams in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and technical review of utility-scale wind projects. <h2><span style="color:rgb(0, 32, 96);">What The Role Is</span></h2><p>Reporting to the Director of Energy Trading and Optimization, the <strong>Manager, Power Trading Analytics</strong> will facilitate the implementation of a risk framework through quantitative analysis. This person will be responsible for ensuring that new commercial strategies align with the overall portfolio performance expectations and fall within acceptable risk tolerances. Requires in-depth knowledge of commodity market dynamics, tradable instruments, and risk management practices specific to renewable resources.</p><p>Works with management on developing, reviewing, and modifying the portfolio strategy based on agreed-upon risk scenarios. Manager, Power Trading Analytics

<h2><span style="color:rgb(0, 32, 96);">What The Role Is</span></h2><p>Reporting to the Director of Grid Integration, the Associate of Grid Integration is responsible for managing project development and integration of Clearway’s 11 GW of solar, wind, and battery storage project pipeline in multiple states throughout the U.S Eastern and ERCOT Interconnections. The Associate will directly support Clearway’s Project and Business Development teams in applying for, managing, and obtaining interconnection agreements for all solar, wind, and storage projects. Additionally, the Associate will perform interconnection feasibility studies, support, and provide direction to consultants and third-party development partners to process interconnection agreements, meet with utilities, coordinate interconnection engineering activities, and manage the overall grid integration process through commissioning.</p><p>This position will also be responsible for coordinating work with Clearway’s Engineering, Construction, and Operations departments. Associate, Origination-New Business & Product Development

<h2><span style="color:rgb(0, 32, 96);">What The Role Is</span></h2><p>Reporting to the Director, Project Development, the Associate, Project Development is responsible for both supporting and directly managing the development of projects across the West region of the U.S. The Associate will be a key member of the regional team that is charged with the development and execution of the construction of Clearway Energy Group’s solar, wind, and storage project pipeline across California, Hawaii, and the Desert Southwest. <h2><span style="color:rgb(0, 32, 96);">What The Role Is</span></h2><p>The Manager of Credit and Energy Risk will reside within the middle-office function and play a key role in the risk management of energy marketing and trading activities across Clearway’s portfolio of renewable and conventional generation assets. This position is responsible for counterparty credit risk management and compliance with risk policies and covenants in commercial agreements. The Manager will ensure that Clearway maintains a risk-oriented mentality as the platform expands into new technology and dynamic market structures, by understanding current and emerging risks across all North American wholesale energy markets. <h2><span style="color:rgb(0, 32, 96);">What The Role Is</span></h2><p>The Tax Manager—Planning will support the Company’s renewable energy project transactions and mergers and acquisition activity.  The Tax Manager will perform tax research and planning, document tax analysis and supporting information for transactions, and prepare and review financial models.  The Tax Manager will assist with tax compliance, particularly with respect to supporting renewable tax credits, transaction activity, tax carryforwards, investor capital account calculations, and other matters.  The Tax Manager will also have the opportunity to assist with identifying and implementing tax process and technology improvements for the Company.</p><p>The Tax Manager will work with other members of the tax team as well as cross-functionally with accounting, business development, finance, and other functions to support the tax reporting and planning processes.  The Tax Manager will also have significant contact with the highest senior leadership levels.</p><p>The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to be decisive, think critically, and be forward-thinking to keep pace with the growth of the Company. </p><p>An in-office hybrid work model in Princeton, NJ is preferred. <h2><span style="color:rgb(0, 32, 96);">What The Role Is</span></h2><p>The Associate, Origination Marketing &amp; Proposals is an integral position on the Clearway Origination Team.</p><p>The Origination Team is made up of 15+ professionals leading the front end of Clearway’s renewable development business. We pride ourselves on establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and industry advisors, tracking and reporting pricing and product trends, collaborating with internal subject matter experts, and crafting competitive proposals to secure revenue agreements for each of Clearway’s projects.</p><p>The Associate, Origination Marketing &amp; Proposals creates written proposals on Clearway’s solar, wind, and storage development projects, manages key project data as a central information owner within the team, creates and updates presentation materials, collaborates with Origination team members on developing power marketing strategies for specific projects, and tracks key market trends impacting our customers. Additionally, the Associate assists in monthly forecasting of customer agreements, financial data, and contract terms.</p><p>The Associate, Origination Marketing &amp; Proposals reports to the Senior Director, Origination Marketing &amp; Contract Administration, works directly with all Origination team members, and acts as a liaison with multiple cross-functional groups including Development, Business Development, External Affairs &amp; Communications, Strategy, and Asset Management. Work together with the project team and seek guidance from subject matter experts to develop updated and customized responses.</li><li>Maintain and update a central repository of proposal templates, company overviews, and project information.</li><li>Format proposal documents and create graphics, maps, and images to accompany proposal text.</li><li>Report weekly RFP calendar and key Origination priorities across the company.</li></ul><p><strong>Origination Marketing:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate on various customer related marketing activities such as creating and updating factsheets and slides, updating portions of the company website, collecting customer approvals for press releases, and more.</li><li>Support the planning and execution of customer events (ex: conference sponsorships, ribbon-cutting events, etc)</li><li>Investigate key insights and market trends gathered from customer RFPs, participation in industry associations (such as CEBA, NAEMA), 3rd party databases and reports (BNEF, S&amp;P, ACP), and sustainability reporting protocols.</li><li>Work together with the team on lead generation and power marketing strategies for our early-stage projects.</li></ul><p><strong>Contract Reporting:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the tracking and reporting of newly executed customer agreements including reporting key contract terms and financial information to cross-functional teams.</li><li>Assist in the exploration of platforms and shared databases to improve efficiency of reporting contract terms.</li></ul><h2><span style="color:rgb(0, 32, 96);">What You'll Bring</span></h2><ul><li>Minimum Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience in technical writing, content creation, proposal management, project management, consulting or relevant coursework.
