Accounts Receivable Specialist

The company works with more than 50 global brands including The North Face, Oscar de la Renta, and New Balance, to develop innovative resale programs that keep products out of landfill. </div><div> </div><div>About the Role </div><div> </div><div>- Conduct research and prospecting to identify potential clients and target markets within the retail industry. </div><div>- Reach out to leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms, to generate new business opportunities.</div><div>- Effectively communicate our value proposition and product offerings to potential clients, clearly articulating how our resale platforms can enhance their brand's revenue and customer engagement. </div><div>- Nurture and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including retail executives, e-commerce managers, and marketing professionals, to understand their needs and challenges. </div><div>- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to convert leads into qualified prospects and ultimately close deals.</div><div>- Stay current with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.</div><div> </div><div>Experiences Which Confidently Represent You </div><div> </div><div>- I understand the SaaS sales cycle and have experience selling and renewing SaaS accounts. </div><div>- My work includes multiple approaches to prospecting and adhering to a clean sales process; I’m skilled in conducting outreach, qualifying prospects, and remaining organized. </div><div>- When working with clients, I take a consultative selling approach. I ask for the next steps and get the right people in the room to facilitate successful calls and meetings.</div><div>- I’ve experienced selling to individuals and teams; whether it’s a single executive or multiple stakeholders, finding alignment and getting buy-in across multiple team members is my specialty.</div><div>- I’m a down-to-earth, empathetic salesperson. </div><div>- My ethos is to win by displaying the value of what our product delivers to my clients, i.e., selling on value, not features/functions</div><div>- There’s no 'I' in my team.  The right sales approach is collaborative selling with my team. We consult each other, remove ego, and identify the best approach together. </div><div>- I’m happy to lead and give feedback in practice roles played to learn and hone my skills, celebrate other people's wins, and welcome them to celebrate in mine. </div><div>- I stay diligent and adaptive, trying new tactics and pitches because one sales solution does not fit all clients.</div><div>- I am comfortable in a dynamic environment where the product is advancing quickly, and the message for my sale will evolve for new and existing clients. </div><div> </div><div>Requirements: </div><div>- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.</div><div>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.</div><div>- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities.</div><div>- Self-motivated and driven, with a results-oriented mindset.</div><div>- Excellent organizational and time management skills.</div><div>- Familiarity with the retail industry and a passion for technology-driven solutions.</div><div>- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving startup environment.</div><div>- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, i.e, Salesforce, Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator </div> <div>Archive is a Series A startup backed by top-tier investors including Lightspeed and Bain Capital.
