<ul>
<li>Dialogues with the reference bodies for Environmental Control and Hydrogeological Risk such as Italian body as ARPA, ARTA, CNR, Fire Brigade, Basin Consortia, CREA, ANAS/RTI, Infrastructural Bodies, Autonomous Provinces, CNR, Civil Protection, in their various forms;</li>
<li>Carries out prospecting work in the target market;</li>
<li>Participates in events, trade fairs, congresses, presentations, workshops;</li>
<li>Puts in place the preparatory phase by promoting, identifying, researching, monitoring, calls for tenders and market requests;</li>
<li>Develops quotations in order to translate them into contracts;</li>

<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>
<p>The proposed solution covers needs in a variety of applications and, therefore, experience in at least one of the following sectors is desired:</p>
<ul>
<li>private agricultural sector (farms, cooperatives) public sector (provincial authorities, consortia, rural development authorities) suppliers of products and services in the sector (chemicals, materials, vehicles) aqueducts, water treatment and distribution sector, market of public institutions dealing with hydrogeological risks and issues related to climate change and meteorology (basin authorities, civil protection);</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is essential, Italian and French are advantages;</li>
<li>Experience in the specific role, preferably in BtoB and BtoBtoC contexts;</li>
<li>Availability for a significant number of travel days per year (1-2 weeks per month);</li>

Product Manager, Compliance Carbon Products

<p>Upstream Tech builds software products that accelerate the pace, scale, and impact of environmental work around the globe. We&rsquo;re looking for an applied machine learning engineer to help develop and support HydroForecast&rsquo;s industry leading flow forecasts.</p>
<p>In this job you&rsquo;ll work with our multi-disciplined team to solve technical problems that our customers face. You will design, build, test, and improve models, wrangle data, and run user-facing model deployments to support our HydroForecast product. We&rsquo;re looking for strong communicators who are comfortable sharing their ideas and implementing them in code with a high degree of autonomy. This is a role that requires strong software engineering skills. Familiarity with hydrology, GIS, and remote sensing is helpful but not required.</p>
