<h2>Position Overview &amp; Description</h2>
Data is how we tell stories: to decision-makers, the public, and internally. The data we gather and how we gather it speaks to our priorities as a climate justice organization. The Program Data Fellow is going to support one of CEP&rsquo;s four strategic priorities of using quantitative and qualitative data that is representative of the communities we serve to inform our advocacy work, program design, and program delivery.&nbsp;They will do a deep dive on the way that CEP gathers, reports on, and responds to data we get from our community. They will analyze the way we currently track data, conduct a variety of cross-departmental analysis, and learn about equity metrics.&nbsp;
The Fellow will also gain field experience in data collection and analysis by collaborating with CEP staff at the many points where data is collected: At inception (new program design), delivery,&nbsp;documentation, analysis, and utilization internally and externally. This will allow them to not only have a hand in direct service but to understand how data is collected and utilized in order to be effective through analysis. The Fellow will also work with the Executive Director and Engagement Manager on our strategic planning goals around data. Occasional evenings and weekends will be required, as this is how we work directly and best serve our communities. This Fellowship will average 40/hrs week and for weeks where evening and weekend work is required, hours can be flexed during the day/time. This Fellowship is available as a hybrid role with an estimated average of 2-3 days a week needed in the office or in the field (dependent on project needs). Génération et suivi des prospects : <ul><li>Développer et exécuter des stratégies complètes de génération de leads afin d'aider l'équipe de vente à atteindre ses objectifs. </li><li>Vous utilisez différents canaux de marketing tels que la publicité numérique, les campagnes d'emailing, les médias sociaux et le marketing de contenu pour générer des leads de haute qualité. </li><li>Travailler avec Sales Ops pour mettre en place des mécanismes de suivi robustes afin de contrôler la qualité des prospects, la progression dans l'entonnoir de vente et l'efficacité globale de la campagne. </li></ul>2. Gestion des événements mondiaux : <ul><li>Superviser la gestion des événements au niveau mondial, tels que les conférences, les salons professionnels, les webinaires et les séminaires, afin d'améliorer la visibilité de la marque et de générer des leads. </li><li>Collaborer de manière transversale avec les équipes de vente, de produits et autres équipes concernées afin d'assurer une exécution sans faille des événements. </li><li>Évaluer le succès de chaque événement à l'aide d'indicateurs tels que la participation, la génération de leads et le retour sur investissement, et mettre en place des stratégies d'amélioration continue.</li></ul>3. Supervision de la création de contenu : <ul><li>Vous dirigez le développement d'un contenu attrayant et percutant sur différents canaux, y compris le site web de l'entreprise, les articles de blog, les livres blancs, les études de cas et les documents de vente. </li><li>Veiller à la cohérence de la marque et au respect des directives en matière de messages dans tous les contenus. </li><li>Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes pour s'assurer que le contenu s'aligne sur les feuilles de route des produits, les objectifs de marketing et qu'il résonne auprès des publics cibles </li></ul>4.
