You’re familiar with best practices including material selection, manufacturing processes, numerical analysis, and common design traits. You have a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy getting your hands dirty. You’re flexible and adaptable, and want to join a dynamic, collaborative, fast-paced team.Own and drive the overall mechanical design from concept development, prototype testing through device validation. Perform advanced engineering calculations, simulations, and validations to ensure the products meet mechanical, thermal, and structural design requirements. Create complete drawing and documentation packages for vendors and manufacturers. Optimize the designs for materials, thermal management, reliability, DFM, FMEA, performance and cost. Create customized designs of our standard products to meet specific applications.
