<p>We are looking for an experienced Strategy Project Manager/Engagement Manager with consulting, or industry experience to work in our Energy Systems Platform. You will help enable decarbonisation across the economy. We work both with the harder-to-abate sectors as well as other product/service sectors, by engaging with the full value chain to reach a critical scale of deployment of portfolio of solutions.</p>
<p>With advanced problem-solving, analytical and relationship skills, you will be experienced working on strategy type projects to deliver breakthrough insights, action and results. Ideally your background includes working at a leading management consultancy or in a strategy role in industry, public sector or civil society. You are keen to work in a small company where you can play a shaping role, help build out the team, and make an impact.</p>

<p><strong>Specific experience required</strong></p>

By certifying agricultural products as Climate-Friendly and developing carbon credits, we serve corporations that are reducing and offsetting their GHG emissions while empowering consumers to consciously select Climate-Friendly products. We are seeking a Grasslands Carbon Business Development Manager to join our expanding team and lead our effort to preserve soil carbon. By preventing activities such as tillage, cropland conversion, and synthetic fertilizer use, we can protect our nation’s grasslands and limit future greenhouse gas emissions.</p><p>As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing new opportunities for AgriCapture’s grasslands carbon offset program by developing relationships with land trusts and landowners willing to conserve grasslands and get rewarded for storing carbon. This position is field-based, with an expectation of travel to attend conferences, network, meet prospective land trust partners and landowners, and develop an ecosystem of referrals. You will spend most of your time securing acreage for new carbon projects- researching suitable land trusts and contacting them or responding to referrals and introductions. You will lead project feasibility analysis, working with AgriCapture’s technology team and a dedicated technical Project Manager, and direct all communication with the land trust and/or landowner. </p><p>This role requires an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong network in the land trust community in the following focus states: TX, OK, NE, KS, ND, SD, CO and MT, a willingness to travel, and a solid understanding of land conservation principles. You will help enable the decarbonisation of energy-consuming sectors. We start with harder-to-abate sectors and progressively expanding to other product/service sectors, by engaging with the full value chain to reach a critical scale of deployment of portfolio of solutions</p>
<p>With advanced problem-solving, analytical and relationship skills, you will be experienced working on strategy type projects to deliver breakthrough insights, action and results. Ideally your background includes working at a leading management consultancy or in a strategy role in industry, public sector or civil society. You are keen to work in a small company where you can play a shaping role and make an impact.</p>

Eveline supported companies and investors to capture opportunities and mitigate challenges related to the shift to a low-carbon energy system and the broader issues related to resource productivity. Eveline brings international experience in advisory, consultancy, and partnership building and co-authored numerous publications.</p>

<li>Masters or equivalent degree &ndash; Sciences/Sustainability energy related studies especially welcome</li>
<li>Data Science backgrounds strongly advantageous</li>
<li>1-3 or more years advisory/consulting/industry project experience in a high calibre and international environment, ideally working with industry, energy, manufacturing, or agricultural clients</li>
<li>Direct experience in the EV/Mobility/Energy sector is welcome</li>
<li>Problem-solving, analytical skills &amp; collaborative team player with relationship management skills</li>
<li>Intercultural competencies that bring multiple perspectives to confront society wide challenges</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify opportunities and new initiatives and make them into reality</li>
<li>Comfortable with a level of international travel. This will vary depending on project but could be up to 20%. (however, we don't normally co-locate with clients and typically these are short term trips)</li>
<li>Evidenced passion for the sustainability/ environment/ social enterprise space</li>
