  • Active manager and content creator for the official Lurie Children's Hospital - Department of Rehabilitation Instagram account team highlighting and educating the public and our followers around the 6 disciplines that make up the rehabilitation department 
  • Coordinates and maintains relationships between Lurie Children’s and our partner companies as main point of contact for all things involving new equipment trainings, software updates, event scheduling and coordination, contract financials, and catering 
  • Lead a team in the opening of a new audiology clinic 15% under budget and 3 weeks ahead of projected project completion date coordinating all communication between hospital and equipment vendor teams
  • Communicates with audiology staff members, families, and patients regarding insurance navigation, equipment maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, hospital billing, and new product releases 
  • Maintains clinical equipment across 7 locations and oversees 10 audiology clinical assistants across 7 outpatient sites including scheduling, inventory, and equipment calibration
  • Dispenses hearing aids, earmolds, FM communication systems and all other related equipment
