I've held several positions in different industries. In doing so, I've had the opportunity to constantly continue my learning. I've picked up countless skills, from customer accounts to video production to social media to management.  In light of recent climate events, it's undeniable that we have reached an all-hands-on-deck moment in history and I'm on board! I'm a recent transfer to climate work and am looking for a full time role so that I may dedicate my full attention on making an impact.

I have engaged in global development initiatives around the world by participating in a language immersion study abroad in Cusco, Peru, and exploring non-profit work in Tel Aviv, Israel, and currently through my work with a global development-focused social enterprise called Rise up & Care as the Impact Campaign Coordinator.

Gia is a United Nations activist, TEDx speaker, and consultant with over five years experience working at the intersection of climate, technology, and communications. Gia leverages her background in climate adaptation planning, client relationships, and project management to both GNA’s Programs and Creative departments. In her cross-functional senior role, she support clients by driving innovative solutions to challenging environmental health problems with a well-reasoned and customer-obsessed vision, roadmap, and prioritization approach. Outside of GNA, Gia oversees the brand marketing, social media strategy, and operations as Founder of Climate Action LAb, an environmental-justice digital media platform. Her proven creative storytelling supports the advancement of the L.A. Green New Deal and other climate policies in Los Angeles and beyond. Let's connect!
