Do you live on social? Do you know how to turn consumer engagement on social into true brand affinity and advocacy? Are you passionate about Impossible and/or climate change? We’d like to meet you.This position reports directly to the SVP/Head of Marketing. You will lead our social media strategy and execution, working with your marketing colleagues to bring Impossible’s products into America’s mainstream audience and to build a much-loved brand with passionate advocates around the world.

You Will:

  • Develop and implement a bold, innovative social media strategy to drive massive and rapid growth for Impossible across all social channels, aligned with our audacious goals
  • Plan, manage and monitor all social campaigns and posts, working closely with partners and stakeholders (including Marketing, PR, Influence, Creative, Customer Advocacy, Legal, etc.) 
  • Expand Impossible’s fan base across our social channels by attracting new followers and developing current followers into brand advocates. 
  • Create culturally relevant experiences that resonate with our users and amplify our brand, product and mission. All content should be astute, compelling, on-brand, on-tone, channel-specific, and relevant to our core messages and target audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with your colleagues to improve and amplify our integrated marketing campaigns and plans
  • Lead all proactive and reactive community engagement efforts, working closely with Customer Advocacy and Influence
  • Standardize tracking, tools, and measurement in partnership with our insights team.
  • Build and develop a strong team blending agency support and internal creative resources

You Have:

  • 5+ years social strategy and execution for a consumer brand either at an agency or internally
  • 10+ years marketing experience with strong well-loved brands
  • Passion for social media and broad knowledge of platforms, trends, tools vital to develop and execute successful social media strategy
  • Immersed in the digital world and emerging platforms with deep knowledge or experience marketing to Gen-Z. Hands-on experience with Snapchat, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Broad experience including brand identity, content strategy and development, video, and paid social media.
  • Ability to change and juggle opposing demands in a multifaceted work environment
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills across multiple audiences and methods
  • A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude
  • Strong passion for our mission to create a sustainable food chain and improve our environment
  • Passion for food and culinary experiences is a bonus
