  • Tackling complex, cross-functional problems through the use of analytical techniques, statistics and hypothesis testing
  • Building out our robust data estate to enable self-serve analytics and democratize Kaluza’s rich data
  • Helping product teams optimise the customer experience by analysing customer journeys with user interaction tooling to identify problem areas / bottlenecks and spot improvement opportunities
  • Training non-data folk to help improve data literacy and make Kaluza even more data-driven
  • Spotting and acting upon value-add data opportunities, and escalating risks
  • Developing and optimising advanced retail data products that form part of the Kaluza platform
  • Commercial modelling, creating cost/benefit analysis of proposed actions and outcomes based on a consistent value model.
  • Promoting ethical best practices in the way all data is used and processed, always ensuring compliance and security is placed first.
