Our unique approach integrates technology, data, and expertise to help our clients optimize their energy usage, reduce costs, and achieve their sustainability goals.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><b>Committed to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging </b></div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead technical discussions from introductory through close of sales.</li><li>Report customer requirements and feedback to our product and pricing teams to help streamline future product developments.</li><li>Work with the account sales executive to develop effective sales strategies using data-driven insights to positively impact executive-level decision makers’ core business.</li><li>Work internally with product, marketing, and technical teams to develop and craft product updates, sales strategies, and marketing materials.</li><li>Understand and articulate clear and winning value propositions.</li><li>Gather and collate data into consumable customer presentations that successfully simplify and articulate complex data sets.</li><li>Lead and coordinate the development of creative and unique solutions – thinking beyond what we have always done, creating a vision of what we could be, driving through hurdles, and leading teams to develop unique solutions.</li><li>Along with the Sales Executive, negotiate at the executive level through a multi-constituent sales process including internal and external legal teams.</li><li>Understand the Redaptive meters thoroughly and be able to articulate the value proposition.</li><li>Help identify additional opportunities through our data solutions.</li></ul><h3>Requirements/Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5+ years experience in technology sales, energy markets, B2B contracts including long sales cycles and multiple phases.</li><li>Background and experience with energy efficiency or renewable energy technologies and solutions such as LED lighting, HVAC, or solar PV. </li><li>Thorough understanding of energy and sustainability data solutions, analysis</li><li>Familiarity with building energy use benchmarking, reporting, and related programs such as Energy Star and Greenhouse Gas Accounting.
