Join us as Sales Development Representative DACH (m/f/d) and take our track record of achieving sales targets to the next level. If you have experience in sales and cold calling is one of your strengths, you are the talent we’re looking for to identify and qualify new leads in the DACH region. What can you expect?
  • Convert leads into sales opportunities – Turn marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified leads (SQLs)
  • Engage potential customers – Reach out via cold calls and emails
  • Introduce our company – Present our offerings to potential customers
  • Identify customer needs – Use the BANT process to assess opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business – Identify and explore new market opportunities
  • Facilitate sales connections – Schedule meetings or calls between potential customers and the sales team
  • Track and report progress – Regularly update daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results
  • Stay informed – Keep up with new solutions and industry trends
What should you bring along?
  • Experience in sales or business development – Proven experience as a BDR, SDR, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
  • Knowledge of ESG solutions (a plus) – Experience in selling ESG-related products is valued
  • Proficiency in sales techniques – Hands-on experience with various sales methods, including cold calling
  • Proven sales performance – Track record of achieving quotas
  • CRM expertise – Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Data analysis skills – Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts
  • Sales performance insight – Understanding of key sales metrics
  • Strong communication skills – Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German
  • Presentation skills – Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations
  • Educational background – BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
