As a Revenue Operations “Salesforce Engineer” at Via, you will play an instrumental role in Via’s growth strategy driving data informed decision-making and better go-to-market process working closely with our Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Strategy teams globally. You will lead projects to improve our use of Salesforce to include complex internal and external integrations, data standardization and process optimization. This role will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce design, development and architecture.
What You’ll Do:
- Improve go-to-market processes and adoption of the CRM and other commercial tools
- Identify trends and business opportunities with stakeholders to drive data-influenced decisions and optimize results
- Lead and manage the evaluation, scoping, and implementation of new processes globally
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to understand business needs, proactively evolve strategic analysis and improve reporting
- Support pipeline forecasting and planning among key commercial leaders
- Ensure high-quality data management by collaborating with commercial and support teams
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications and integrations
- Use Salesforce and other application APIs to integrate Salesforce with internal and external data sources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand internal requirements and build tools integral to the organizations revenue goals
- Know when to use Salesforce configuration and automation (e.g. flows) versus code
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including performance optimization, bug fixes, and system enhancements
- Adhere to Salesforce development best practices, including code quality, security, and scalability
Who You Are:
- BA/BS/Masters in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Team player who loves to collaborate cross-functionally and globally to support the broader team's goals
- Strong communicator who can effectively manage projects and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking mindset
- Tech-savvy and passionate about learning new tools, systems, and processes
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migration
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices
- Comfortable with changing priorities and working independently
Compensation and Benefits:
- Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable
- Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000
