About the Marketing Team
The Marketing team at Gorilla is expanding rapidly within our Revenue function, aiming to build an effective, impact-driven unit that consistently achieves its goals. Your role as a Product Marketing Manager is crucial as we develop our go-to-market strategies, seeking your expertise to enhance our product marketing capabilities. You'll join us at a pivotal moment, collaborating with various stakeholders to craft compelling value propositions, execute impactful campaigns, and drive international product adoption, all while contributing significantly to our growth trajectory.
Where and how you’d work
This role is currently an Office -Mix Hybrid role. This means you would chat with your leader and team for the number of day you need to be together to collaborate and achieve outcomes in close proximity. This is often 1 - 2 days a week. The other days you have flexibility.
This Role is for You If
- You excel at translating complex technical concepts into customer-centric value propositions
- You have a proven track record of creating impactful go-to-market (GTM) campaigns for international customers
- You thrive in collaborating with internal stakeholders to build a robust product roadmap
What You'll Do in Your First 6-12 Months
Develop Product Positioning in Different Markets
- Craft impactful customer-centric messaging and positioning statements that resonate with our buyer personas
- Validate these statements through comprehensive customer insights and market research
Build Go-to-Market Plans and Shape the Product Roadmap
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Contribute to shaping the product roadmap by providing valuable market and customer insights
Create Sales Enablement Tools for Product Adoption
- Communicate the value of our products to various audiences by creating diverse content, such as pitch decks, case studies, and demo videos
- Support commercial teams by teaching them how to effectively deliver our product messaging and by crafting compelling stories for campaigns, our website, and client presentations
What You'll Need
Experience
- B2B SaaS product marketing expertise is a must
- Experience launching products into new markets, from strategy to implementation
- Background in the energy or data industry is a plus
Technical / Functional Hard Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in data analytics and interpreting market research

You will report to: Head of Marketing
You will work in a team with: Campaign and territory marketing managers as well as Brand, Content, and Operations marketers.
