Job Summary
The Performance Analyst Intern is responsible to assist the FP&A team with the consolidation and reporting of various budget/forecast financial information. This includes areas as financial analysis and the production of various reports.
Principal Responsibilities
Collect information from various business partner to consolidate the forward-looking financial information
Analyse the monthly forward-looking financial performance
Prepare different KPI’s and identify possible anomaly
Contribute to the preparation of various presentations to management
Assist the team with cash flow and working capital analysis
Validate the accuracy of financial information in the database, and identify anomaly
Assist the team with balance sheet forecasting and budgeting
Assist with other special projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Certificates
CPA candidate
Technical Skills & Experience
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent writing and presentation skills.
Bilingual (English and French)

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
A reputation for being self-driven, resourceful and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent leadership, proactive and self-motivated; excellent organizational skills, and detail-orientation are all essential.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
Offer direct financial communication with project team, internal accounting/costing department, internal purchasing/procurement, project engineers and management
Collaboratively work with all internal and external stakeholders
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Nearly always work indoors in corporate office environment with long periods of sitting.
