Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. If you’re an engineer who thrives on innovation, problem-solving, and teamwork, we’d love to have you on our team!     Role:  <ul><li>Design Ownership: Lead the design of core HV Battery components, such as the Battery Module, from initial concept through production.  </li></ul><ul><li>Innovation &amp; Optimization: Lead the design of innovative HV Battery concepts through early design phases with the focus of cost, mass, performance and manufacturability. </li></ul><ul><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cell &amp; modeling engineers, battery systems, power electronics engineers, manufacturing, quality and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, thermal and electrical systems. </li></ul><ul><li>Prototyping &amp; Testing: Design prototypes, create 3D CAD models, and develop test plans to validate designs.
