Scope3 has significant market traction with more than 70+ customers and is experiencing accelerated growth.

Scope3 is a fully remote company and largely asynchronous to provide flexible working hours and to operate globally, with concentrations in New York and Europe. At this time, we are hiring in Canada, Australia, UK, France, Germany, and the United States.

About The Role

We are excited to add a Partner Marketing Manager to our marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Ad Tech Platform Marketing, this individual will develop and execute partner onboarding programs to ensure new partners are equipped to represent our products, while also driving strategic marketing initiatives, leading go-to-market efforts, managing events, optimizing operations, and making informed decisions in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Onboarding & Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding for new partners, partnering with internal teams to ensure they are well-equipped to represent our products in the market. Activate partners through targeted education, team training, and a go-to-market plan.
  • Strategic Execution: Collaborate closely with the Head of Ad Tech Platforms to implement revenue-driving strategies that align with the overall vision.
  • Demand Generation: Apply in-depth knowledge of the Adtech ecosystem to support the Head of Ad Tech Platforms in creating compelling, demand-boosting messaging.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Execute go-to-market strategies under the guidance of the Head of Ad Tech Platforms, working with product, sales, and solutions teams to drive success.
  • Event & Sponsorship Management: Manage impactful event opportunities and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with the vision set by the Head of Ad Tech Platforms.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize marketing operations in line with the strategic goals defined by the Head of Ad Tech Platforms.
  • Adaptability: Make informed decisions in ambiguous environments, ensuring they align with the vision and guidance provided by the Head of Ad Tech Platforms.

Your Experience:

  • Proven ability to execute strategic marketing plans and adapt to changing conditions.
  • In depth understanding of the AdTech / Programmatic ecosystem. Knowledge of how the ecosystem functions, the economic drivers and how the pieces fit together.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic start up environment
  • Previous experience in the creation and delivery of sales enablement materials, equipping teams for successful client engagement and market representation.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and/or equivalent combination of directly related education and experience.
  • Previous experience in Adtech, Media or Technology
  • Experience with event management and sponsorships
