B2B Sales Representative - Energy Contractor Tools (Commission Only)

We're seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team selling innovative tools for energy contractors. This role is perfect for self-motivated individuals with a background preferably in solar and home upgrades.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential energy contractor clients

  • Demonstrate our tool's value proposition through presentations and trials

  • Close sales and maintain client relationships

  • Meet or exceed sales targets

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or B2C, preferably in solar or home upgrade industries

  • Strong understanding of energy contracting and related technologies

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating complex investments or acquisitions

  • Worked as D2D sales person in solar, hvac, storage or any other home energy upgrades

 

Compensation:

  • 100% commission-based structure

  • Competitive rates with uncapped earning potential

  1. Introductory Conversation: An informal chat with the ClimateForge team to discuss your background and learn more about our company and culture.

  2. Sales Simulation: A practical sales test, where you’ll present a mock sales pitch to our CEO.

  3. Guided Sales Exercise: Your first real sales experience with us, where you'll conduct a sales interaction with guidance from our team.

Each stage is designed to help us understand your skills, approach, and fit with our team.
