Job Title: Financial Sales Executive
Location: [Remote - LA, Austin, NY or Las Vegas preferred]
Reports To: VP of Client Relations

Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled Client Relations Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for CPAs, RIAs, financial advisors, and individual clients, providing exceptional support and guidance in tax savings strategies. Your ability to build relationships and onboard new partners will be crucial in driving our growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Inquiries: Field and respond to inquiries from CPAs, RIAs, financial advisors, and individual clients, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Onboarding New Partners: Manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless transition and integration into our systems and processes.
  • Client Engagement: Speak directly with clients and their teams to discuss tax savings strategies, offering personalized solutions and support.
  • Event Attendance: Represent our client at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting our services.
  • Partner Training: Conduct training sessions for partners to enhance their understanding of our offerings and effective tax strategies.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support for existing clients during tax filing periods, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics, including new contacts created, pitches per week, close rate, and total equity contributions received.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of tax strategies and financial products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $140,000 per year.
  • Commission: $15,000 for each $10 million in equity contributions received, paid quarterly. Based on performance
