The Copywriter supports the creation of compelling B2B content materials such as email marketing, website content, blogs, case studies, sales pitches, and decks. Also, product releases, messaging (trade shows), LP content, content proofreading (stakeholders), and reviewing and repurposing the content. This involves conducting research, interviewing subject matter experts, collaborating with freelancers, keeping track of news, trends, and new technologies in the renewable energy space, and utilizing SEO best practices to produce engaging content that caters to the needs and interests of the target audience.


Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of our ICP, target personas, and the renewable energy industry.

  • Supporting the creation of compelling B2B content materials across all marketing formats and channels targeting specific audiences, use cases, and industry trends (e.g., email marketing, website, blog, case studies, decks, sales pitches, etc.)

  • Working closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders in marketing and across the company as required

  • Developing and following a content calendar and maintaining deadline adherence.

  • Analyzing and reporting on content performance in collaboration with all key stakeholders, applying a data-driven lens to evaluate the effectiveness of content initiatives, and making recommendations for ongoing improvement.

  • Providing quality assurance to meet style and quality guidelines, including content, brand, tone, and design.

  • Upload articles to our CMS.

  • Stay apprised of trends and new technologies in the content creation and renewable energy space.

  • Ability to read, understand, and synthesize technical content about the energy sector.

  • 1-2 years of experience with a proven track record in copywriting, content creation, and SEO.

  • Ability to research and deliver 800-1200 words a day.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal are an absolute must.

  • Deadline-driven approach with strong project management skills. Have a collaborative and self-starting attitude.

  • Experience with WordPress and/or HubSpot.

  • Experience in the energy sector is strongly preferred.

Salary Ranges: Starting at 30,000 Euros/yearly gross. The final offer will depend on experience, competencies, and expectations.
