Solar Sales Consultant 

Our client is a full-service solar installation company founded in 2020 in Gilbert, Arizona. They are dedicated to helping homeowners make the switch to renewable energy a smooth and hassle free process. They are stretched across many states within the US and have ample opportunities for growth within their quickly growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their solar energy needs
  • Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the available options
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about solar products, financing options, and incentives
  • Create customized solar energy proposals based on customer's energy usage and financial goals
  • Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or questions
  • Advise clients on solar energy solutions based on their energy needs and location.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine the feasibility of solar installations.
  • Recommending appropriate solar products and equipment for specific projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, solar technologies, and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and installation process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Promoting the benefits of solar energy and advocating for renewable energy initiatives.
  • Self-generate at least one sale per month for access to company generated leads.

Experience:

  • Entry level opportunity 
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems and industry trends is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accountability of initiative to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Consultative skills for guiding purchases
