Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Modeler with a PhD or Postdoctoral experience to develop precise energy simulations based on specific addresses. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced methodologies, including machine learning and tools like EnergyPlus, to create accurate models that inform energy efficiency strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement energy simulation models tailored to individual properties.

  • Utilize machine learning algorithms and simulation tools such as EnergyPlus to enhance model accuracy.

  • Analyze simulation outcomes to provide actionable insights for energy efficiency improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation results into client solutions.

  • Stay updated on advancements in energy modeling and simulation technologies.

Qualifications:

  • PhD or Postdoctoral experience in Energy Engineering, Building Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., EnergyPlus) and machine learning techniques.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
