About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Application Support to join our team on a short-term contract, reporting to the IT Director. In this role, you will support the Philmac business operation, leveraging your technical expertise to ensure the seamless performance of application support.  

This position has become available due to an internal secondment and is crucial in supporting an upcoming change project

About you 

  • Proven experience in application support, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, with strong incident and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Internal stakeholder management experience, with a focus on SLAs and continuous improvement.
  • Intrinsically motivated, resilient in the face of challenges, and a strong problem-solver, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • Active Directory and CISCO Meraki.
